UPDATE: I can say after my initial experience. The shop owner reached out and went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant experience the second time around! She truly cares about her customers and this is apparent in her quick response. When I went back in Kat was super friendly and helpful. And i bought the outfit I had been eyeing the first time around! I will absolutely be going back! The clothes are so cute, great quality, and priced well. Thanks Molly and Kat for completely changing my experience! THANK YOU!

I shop at a lot of boutiques so I was super excited to finally be able to check this one out. The staff member was not friendly, never offered to help me, I even asked to try on the size on the mannequin and she had me try on a different pant that she said was the same but clearly was a different brand. She told me I could put the clothes I wanted to try on in the dressing room. Then ignored me as I put every item I tried on back where I got them. Needless to say I would have bought the entire set but she clearly did not want to take the time to remove it from the mannequin. So instead of asking again I’ll shop elsewhere. Needless to say I sadly won’t be returning. Typically staff at boutiques especially when you are the only person in the store are super helpful and go above and beyond. This was not the case here. I absolutely love Lion and Ram Boutique! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is so warm and inviting. The store is beautifully curated with a unique selection of clothing and accessories that you can’t find anywhere else. The quality of the pieces is outstanding, and you can tell that a lot of care goes into choosing the inventory.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful without being pushy, they genuinely want you to find something you love. They gave great styling advice and made me feel so comfortable while shopping. I’ve gotten so many compliments on the pieces I’ve purchased!

I will be entirely honest when I say that I am not a boutique shopper, but I just had to stop in after attending the puppy love fashion show! First of all, they raised so much for the pet rescue they worked with- loved that. Second, they supported a ton of small business by having them set up tables at the show (as well as having pop ups in store!)- love that too. And third, they put such great clothes on that runway! I felt like Julia Roberts in the Rodeo Drive scene from Pretty Woman when I walked in that day but the staff were wonderful and helpful that I felt more at ease and had a blast looking at everything they had in the store.
