Yesterday me my wife and two kids came to this location to buy clothes for my uncle funeral. We came to the store around 4:30 pm and upon entering the store we wasn’t greeted or acknowledged at all. There was only one customer at the time we entered the store. I’m a black man and my wife is Puerto Rican, my kids are mixed, 6 yrs old and two years old. So we was in the store over 20 mins and no one said one word to us. I ended up having to find my own suit blazer, 3 other Caucasian customers entered the store after we entered the store and was greeted and helped immediately while me and my family looked in disbelief. After me asking the manager for help she responded we are busy with customers. I’m reporting this to corporate today along with the video dates and time! I feel as though I was 100% racially profile and plan to take further action. I literally had to say out aloud, “ can I get some damm help, I’ve been in this store before all these other people that are being helped now”! I was immediately met at check out and apologized for not being helped earlier. I didn’t make the funeral bcuz I didn’t get the rest of the clothing I needed and couldn’t find it no where else in the areas in my size. Im returning the blazer for a full refund and will never return to the store ever. My oldest daughter asked me daddy why isn’t no one helping us! That’s a bad look on the employees hired by men’s wharehouse at this location, I’m a regular and this is the first time this ever happened to me at any store of men’s...
Read moreI went to this store with my fiance to get my stuff set up for the wedding. I'm greeted by an older lady that works there, maybe. I explain what we need done, and show her the two suits I picked out online. She walks over to the rental area, and starts pulling jackets. Then she walks over to a consultant, and stands directly next to him. It appears she needs to ask him a question, so we stand there, and wait for about 15 minutes. The consultant, Patrick, never acknowledges the "worker". I presume she got tired of waiting because she just walked away, and started helping other people in the store. She never said another word to us, but we decided to stand there a while longer. About 15 more minutes go by, and a large group walks in. Now we all stand there for about 15 minutes, never acknowledged by anyone, and another consultant walks over and asks who's next. Well apparently the group has an appointment, so they are next. I'm informed I should just wait, and I will go next. I couldn't help but chuckle and say okay as I walked out. I understand appointments go first, but to stand in a store, at the front of the store, for 45 minutes and get 0 service is pretty bad
TL;DR make an appointment or apparently...
Read moreHad an absolute horrible experience with this place. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Called on the day they said they would have our tuxedos in. And was told they didn’t have them and pretty much told “oh well” even though our wedding was the next day. An hour and a half later got an email saying they were in and could be picked up. Waited for my daughter to get off the bus and went. The vest didn’t fit. When we pointed it out we were told “we don’t charge if a button pops off.” And was once again told pretty much “oh well not our problem” and instead up saying from the beginning that they suggest getting there before 4 so they could fix it if things didn’t fit, they waited until we showed and it didn’t fit to say “oh if you would have gotten here earlier we could have fixed but you didn’t so you’ll have to make it work” we also had a groomsman who’s jacket didn’t fit and he was told the same. They obviously don’t care about the costumer one bit. I would say avoid...
