I have severe anxiety and had a meltdown before entering the store. I get so overwhelmed when my car is messing up because I have zero knowledge of cars. I was hours late for work and afraid to drive my car. However, Michelle was AMAZING! I didn’t even know how to lift my hood. She taught me so much in the 15 mins I was there! Growing up, I never had anyone teach me the basics about cars. Maybe she didn’t think much of it but it meant a lot to me. She’s very knowledgeable, quick and nice. She offered help even after I bought my items! I’m so grateful she was there while I was going through a crisis. She went above and beyond for me. Yes we can find these same items cheaper somewhere else but I will continue to spend extra money if she’s here. Read moreI just went to this store and ran across a clown named Chris. Very eager not to help at all. Told him I did the email receipt method for a tool purchase. He acted like he could not find the receipt my name in the system at all. Then once I found the receipt he tells me a cannot return a the item because it was a tool? So I look on the none returnable item section of my receipt and tools are not there! So I tell him it is not there and he tells me it’s there and have a nice day! In a disgusting taunting voice. While the other employee made me wait 10 minutes for this crazy person he tells me to go to Harbor Freight, they have much better prices! Lol ok I will gladly shop there...
