Hibbett — Local services in Winder

On 7/15/2025 I was shopping in the store and overheard some very concerning things. There were three black teenagers who seemed very upset because the general manager who they said was named Nadia was yelling, and screaming and cussing at these kids. When I asked what’s going on, one of them told me she does this all the time. She leaves early goes to Hooka bars and a clubs and if we don’t agree to come in to cover her she threatens us and retaliates against us. As a consumer, and a mom that’s absolutely not acceptable! She sounded absolutely rabid! I don’t care what these kids could have done, that was a fireable offense! If Hibbets has cameras they could see it all! I was so concerned for those kids. I hesitated to leave theme there with Nadia the manager. They struck me as really good kids just working to make money. That is a toxic place. I will never spend any money in there again, nor will my family. Hibbets in Bethlehem needs to fire Nadia those kids were about in tears!

update Now I’m hearing that the manager Nadia is threatening me with a lawsuit because of my post. They responded to me gave me an email address and that email address is not a valid one. I tried to email them and it said invalid address. The manager is threatening me to other people with a lawsuit! This is Winder GA people...

stopped by the Hibbett Sports in Bethlehem, GA recently and had a good experience overall. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a nice selection of shoes and athletic wear.

One of the employees, Nikyah, was especially helpful during my visit. She was friendly, respectful, and made sure I found what I was looking for without being overbearing. She checked on sizes for me and gave solid recommendations. You can tell she takes her role seriously and cares about making sure customers are taken care of.

Horrible customer service. I went to this location to pick up a backpack. On the email, it clearly listed that curbside pickup is available and to call the store for pickup on arrival. Well I call for pickup and the girl says we don’t do curbside. I said your email says you do. She says my manger says it’s a no. Really, it’s a no! I wouldn’t have ordered if I needed to go in. I said well you guys should take that out of the email. She said okay we will see what we can do. It’s very inconvenient to order a pickup and then it’s not available for pickup.
