I sat and waited for my order (that was placed on the app for a set pick up time as others in the store said the same thing and yet they were out of our cookies? What's the point of setting a pick up time if you are going to just sell them out and not make sure to have cookies to fill orders? But I digress.) I watched both girls filling the orders as they REPEATEDLY wiped their gloved hands on their pants and brushed their hair out of the way. One girl even had to go out of the store twice to speak to a customer and used her gloved hands to push the doors open. No, she did not replace the gloves at any point. I probably should have said something in store but I am not one for conflict and while it bothered me, didn't consider how EXTREMELY UNSANITARY it is until after I had left. I don't even know if I want to eat these cookies now and feel like I just wasted my money. đ
Edit to respond to "owner": I already did as you suggested. Nothing came of it. Nobody reached out, no attempts to improve the sanitary issues. We will never visit Crumbl again. We ended up sick after this visit and I am convinced it was the way these girls handled...

The workers are rude, there have been hairs in the cookies recently, and yesterday I placed a curbside order and proceeded to wait 30 min for them to bring my cookies. After I selected on the app that I was âhereâ, I got a notification that the order had been fulfilled yet no one had brought my order out. I then continued to wait and finally realized they werenât going to bring my order and went inside. The lady then sighed and handed it to me. When I tried to tell her I have been waiting for a long time and had a curbside order, she just walked away and looked very upset and annoyed. No apology. Now, I try to reach out to customer service and it turns out Crumbl corporate wonât even hear my request and you have to contact the local store. Have tried calling several times now and just am on hold for 30-40 mins⌠no one answers. Really disappointed that the business is handling themselves this way AND there is not even a fast or effective way to get a hold of them. Itâs like they donât want you to get a hold of them....
   Read morePlaced a mobile order at 6PM on Saturday, order below, and once we arrived at 6:30 the order wasnât made and we were told that the entire order wasnât available and out of stock. And we were told to switch all of them to sugar cookies or waffle cookies, and once we asked about getting the refund for the price difference we were only given 1.25$ for the difference in price. On top of waiting 10-15 for us to even be asked about our order. I donât understand how the order wasnât made a priority and made before we arrived, and how if everything was out of stock, we werenât notified or refunded the amount we paid for everything. Now youâre telling me, that the most popular kind of cookie a chocolate chip cookie is out of stock at 6pm on a Saturday when the store is open until 10pm? Youâre absolutely kidding me.
