If I could give zero stars I would. I came from At&T hoping to get better service and customer service. They told me and my boyfriend that we could get new phones and get $1,000 off of it. They then told us our new phones would be only $99 a month each and we were able to get wifi for $45 a month. It turns out I only got $600 off the new phone which was never told to us. After charging us about $1,000 for both phones and new phone cases and charging us double the taxes we then get a phone bill for almost $700! My boyfriend gets on the phone with customer service and they admit to over charging us way too much and give us a $200 credit which is not nearly enough for how much we were duped. I think I should go back to AT&T even though they have terrible service at least they never tried to pull the wool over my eyes. Save yourself the time, money, and headaches and try to get out if you can! Or if you are considering Verizon run! I should have listened to the horror storyās of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've not had the greatest experience in several Verizon stores at various out-of-state locations... Such incompetence & sluggish apathy, with no accountability whatsoever. One time I waited over 4 hours just to add funds to my prepaid account. Instead of getting all worked up over this dismal pattern, I just settled into thinking that the current zillionaire CEO of customer relations must be a real noncaring, self-involved dick! Then I had occasion to visit this Winnemucca store and my attitude changed.. What a breath of fresh air! So far I've been there twice and each time I was helped right away; the vibe in the place as well as the level of knowledge and eagerness to help was everything you would expect from a thriving, reputable business. I no longer dread going into the phone store! BTW,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm having a problem with my Verizon internet. Being from out of town I went to the Winnemucca street store. A lady named Aly (?) was working, and started to service my question. While there she received a phone call. Instead of putting them on hold and continuing with the customer in front of her, she put me on hold and talked with the customer about some guy who owns the place but doesn't work there. I took my phone from her and left. Worst customer service ever!!!! Hopefully, the manager on maternity leave will return and train her employees on customer service. I'm glad I'm from out of town. I went to the Grass Valley Road store and received excellent customer service. Internet problem...
