I’ve usually had a good time at this place I always come with my husband. They always have great ice cream. Today I took my parents here with my newborn baby. It was pretty cold inside so we went to go eat our ice cream outside. We sat at this table by the connect 4 on the grass. where every single time I’ve been here there’s been people eating and sitting at this table. Well today the guy came out and told us to move that we couldn’t sit on the grass because his boss told him we would ruin the grass. Why have a table on the grass if we can’t sit at it?? Next to games?? Why is this the first time I have seen them kick someone off of this table. I always sit outside with my husband and nobody has even been asked to leave from this table??? I’m so confused. My parents thought it was so rude and weird we thought they were joking. We were being nice we tipped them and everything before so I just don’t understand… you can’t ruin grass by sitting on it?? It’s grass… literally move the table if people can’t sit on it. My mom said she would never come here again, my parents experience was ruined. I tried to tell them, I’ve never seen this happen before every time I’m here someone is sitting here. So weird and rude. We literally thought it was a joke.

Edit: to the response of the owners… we actually were asked to not sit there and move. We never moved the table to the grass so I don’t understand how that would be our problem. I can’t see people moving a whole table and chair to the grass ?? The guy literally told us we can’t sit there and that we need to move because sitting there ruins the grass. Which was confusing to us because the table was already there. If it’s a big deal to sit on grass then move it back when it gets moved… don’t leave it there and then kick people off...

Absolutely amazing!!! Found this place on a whim and so glad we did!!! We will gladly support a small business any day. Kids enjoyed their yummy bubble gum ice cream and I had a dairy free option for me!!! Husband enjoyed the Mint to be. So yummy!! The Staff were welcoming and friendly. The location was clean and tidy. Decor was so fun and enjoyed the story of how the place came to be. My kids loved the games on the tables. Restrooms were very clean. Came here before and had good service by just getting icecream. Came to try a new experience with the soda and specifically said I don’t know what any of this is or what’s in it. They explained it would be soda, apparently the one drink I picked has the one water drop on it, no one explained that. I came in apologizing saying I thought this would be soda, and that the young man told me it would be soda.
