To the corporate manager of Winslow's buddy's, I have a complaint about your store service and the employees working there. I was going to buy a fridge from there and the lady said I needed to put a down payment so I did and they showed me a used one on display in the store that was there for a long time, but I wanted a new one. some time later I came in to fill out the forms while the man was loading the used fridge. I told them I did not want that one and that I asked for a new one. the blonde lady got mad and rudely took my folder and threw it away then rudely asked " are you going to buy something?" I said no and asked for a refund of my 10 dollars and they grew angry with me and rudely told me that it was not refundable. I will never shop here again thanks to the horrible service I received at the Winslow Buddy's. Even they're loosing business over their behavior and everyone in...

we were walking into buddy’s to purchase a wash machine. Before I step in the building. I pick up a wood. Piece of wood. That was basically in the park lot. Not near the door. I Pick it up and put it in car bc I didn’t think it was anyone. I walk in and she rudely said that was her door stopper. I said I’ll give it back . Still with the attitude. I try to explain if it was a door stopper then they should have brought it back inside not leave it in the parking lot. She was very rude. She need to treat her customer better or be fired! She comment that we couldn’t afford to get the wash machine as I was outside getting the wood for her to my sisters. So we left bc she was rude, not bc she told us. Do not recommend. Go to rent a center. Better service there. They don’t leave there DOOR STOPPER outside when door are closed. ...

Buyer Beware! The delivery men stole from me. They actually took light bulbs from my lamp in my living room on their way out. I absolutely know this to be true because I was the person there and to have access. I used the light just before they arrived and tried immediately following. I couldn't believe that someone would do something so petty. I brought it to the attention of the store manager (Terry) thinking that he would certainly want to know...his reaction was mind boggling. He took immediate offense , started yelling and cursing and said get the F* out of my store, not the reaction i was expecting or hoped for...Time to write a letter...
