Manager Jayden has horrible customer service. He was at a register tucked behind the other two cashiers where it was not easy to see him. After a cashier in the front said he was available he finally peeked around then started to jump up and down as we approached his register he said people act like I’m not here and ignore me. After checking out I asked him to write the managers name on the receipt he said I am the manager I guess he could tell my my face I was shocked so he said yes the manager manager I told him his customer service is horrible that no one can see him from behind the other two and his response very rudely was I will try harder to reach a growth spurt. Also, some of the more detailed items seem to have defects, and there was no one really around to help. Prices were decent on majority of costume items but one other non-apparel items, the prices were too high, I find it hard to believe that a coffee mug should cost you almost $30.
