Well, I love Burlington but this time Dorinda, that calls herself a manger made my experience nothing less than AWFUL
She refused to refund of a very low quality dress shoes that was worn once for an hour by my 15 years old son, shoes are completely uncomfortable, the leather after this one hour, looks bad, the lace on one side lost its end ((all that after only one hour), while I am within 30 days return policy.
She also declined a store credit, she was extremely rude and unprofessional telling me that all shoes are uncomfortable (I am not sure from where she gets shoes and what is that nonsense unprofessional reply), like seriously!
When I asked for the manager of her, she replied she is the manager, I repeated I wanted her manager, she claimed the store has no manager till Tuesday 10/26/21, when I asked for corporate number she gave me a wrong number, I figured that out in the parking lot, went back asking for the correct number, she verified it on her phone saying this is the one online and the one she has, she claimed it is the correct number and maybe they are closed today
Guess what, I searched Burlington’s corporate number online on my way back to my car for the second time, to know for sure that Dorinda who lacks the leadership, professionalism and characteristics of a real leader gave me a wrong number twice for Burlington’s Corporate, I got the correct number and will call corporate on...
Read moreHave nothing against any employee no one mistreated me or no lack of customer services. But I do feel a little robbed by a big company who has nothing to loose with returning an item purchased at the store for a store credit which I can only come back and use there. I came in with new item never used with receipt in hand that I paid $25. For and I was only offered $10. Back in store credit GC. Lost over 1/2 of the total I paid. Then I was asked if I really wanted to return them as I paid so much more, they said I can give them away, I said I am giving them away to you Burlington a Fortune 500 company. It’s not even the $15. Loss it’s the principle that even with the receipt in hand stating what I paid they would still not honor the price I paid in store credit, not like I asked for money back. Really bad business will probably never shop there again unfortunately I have a $10. GC that I’ll probably give away. Good job Burlington in keeping peoples hard earned money during an economical crisis.
Thanks...
Read moreA large sized Burlington location with a ton of products. Everything was very clean and well organized. They had clear aisle markers to try and keep traffic in each direction to a minimum. I liked that everything was organized and very few items were out of place.
I found a couple things I wanted to take home like shoes for our little one, a travel pillow and a dog toy. I like that they have so much for you to look through all in one store.
The line at the front moved very quickly as they have all customers in one line and they get to go to the next open register so it's easy. Our cashier was very friendly and quick.
Overall: A Solid, clean and...
