My husband and I came to the Wisconsin Dells for the very first time and today on Wednesday we went to have dinner here and then we were going to get some ice cream at huckleberry ice cream and bakery next door. However, on the last day of our vacation, when we planned to do these things, when we arrived, we found a note on the door saying they were closing at 4 o'clock for a staff party. Very unfortunate because they did not bother to tell people that as we stopped in two days ago to take a look and we're here again yesterday, and there were no notes on the door at any point in time in the last couple of days to indicate they would be closing early in the middle of the week on Wednesday, still during their season. Such a shame that they couldn't have their party either on a Monday night or perhaps wait until your season is over before you decide to close down and deprive customers of coming to your establishment.There's a second location of the macaroni shop, but they too closed down today for a staff party. Do not recommend that you go here unless you call first because this is what you may run into.
