Worst liars in that place. Horrible customer service with delivery. I reached in 7 mins and the lady on the phone (April) kept lying it was 10 mins in spite of the fact that I had call records. Then she asked for another delivery fee if I needed the mulch. On another occasion I felt shady behavior with the guys working outside. Absolute nightmare.
Answer to the response: Beside the load and mulch error, I can swear everything in the response is a lie. First, no profanities were exchanged. When I insisted that I was late by 7 mins and not 20 mins, she yelled "What's wrong with you". I can still prove and I will that there are shady people working outside. Absolute liars. Nobody has the time to play games lady, you were blatant rude and you know you were not waiting for 20 mins. It's a new house and does not have a mailbox. I will never ever visit that store and yes I will put my reviews down, not play games. I can assure you I will catch the shady people red handed and post it. I still remember her name "April" was so rude, please stop being so rude to your customers. You yelled and now turned that on me,...
Read moreWe went back to Russell Farm after having a decent experience ordering mulch, thinking well maybe they have good firewood so we will give it a go. Think again and stay away if you think you’re going to get anything “seasoned” and burnable within 6 months of it being delivered. We ordered a cord of wood for $500, about a month ago. Not a single log is burnable. Worth mentioning there was a decent amount of dirt & bark mixed in. We understand that wood outside isn’t weatherproof, obviously, but it’s been under an overhang and drying outside and inside of our home completely unusable. At this rate we are using our forced hot air to dry it versus burning it for heat. We called to give them a chance to make it right, only to be told we need to build a better fire…lol. I guess we will be burning it all in our solo stove come August once it dries, but don’t be bothered if you expect it for the...
Read morePurchased loam from Russell Farms. We put into our second and third raised garden ready for the loam so we could plant our bulbs immediately. After bulbs were planted loam has been covered since. We were surprised to see all the weed coming up after a day or two. You can see from the pictures that Milkweed was in the loam that was delivered by Russell Farms - Augusto. When we called Augusto to come see what is in the loam he said it was probably from stuff blowing in from the trees and birds etc. Then why aren't the same things growing in the first raised bed we did and purchased loam in bags from HD? Then he said he would come by. We waited 6:30 comes and we call him back. I didn't say today. When I have time. Apparently Augusto doesn't know anything about customer service and having repeat customers. Thanks for ripping us off Augusto during the pandemic.
