Nice guys and very knowledgeable. Last year my wife bought a pair of ski boots from S&S. She has a difficult to fit foot but they were able to set her up with a pair of boots that were comfortable and warm.

They also knew enough to push back a bit. She complained of a bit of tightness in a spot. They suggested she ski in the boots a couple of days and reminded her that the lower two buckles should barely be tightened.

After a couple of days the problem resolved itself. Had they ground or pressed out the area before she skid it, the boots would now be looser than they needed to be. Nice job.

Nice guys - this year came upon a fantastic deal on a pair of close out skis for my wife at a store in NH. It was just good fortune. A close out on the right skis in the right size at the right time. I wanted to get the bindings mounted before we came up but didn't know the boot sole length since the boots were stored up in NH. I called S&S and told them the situation. They acknowledged that we got a great deal on the skis and were able to look into their point of sale system to get me the boot model and size. From that they gave me the boot sole length.

Sun and Ski is by far one of the best places I’ve gone to for both winter and summer sports. They respect their customers and their opinions and listen to what they have to say. With that being said they are salesman trying to make money so of course they’re going to hand you the more expensive items you just have to let them know hey this isn’t in my price range. In addition to that as a positive, they honor every legit price match offer you can find. If it’s legit, they match it. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is their workshop efficiency. I got new boots about a week ago and needed new bindings because mine were too old. Usually my dad and I mount my bindings but sun and ski offered to do it for free and I’m not seeing my dad soon so I thought why not. I thought it would only take a day or 2 considering it takes like 5 minutes but it’s been a week. I understand that they are be busy, but it seems like they don’t have an assigned work shop employee to only work on service which slows their efficiency. I haven't been skiing in five years and yesterday went to Sun & Ski for my first boot fitting ever. I'm so glad I did because I met Jared who took care of all my needs and made a recreational skier like me feel welcome. I also found out while there that my Marker bindings are no longer warrantied by the company, so after thinking it over (for 10 seconds lol) I decided to purchase new skis/bindings as well. I'm so excited to test out my new equipment at Sunapee later this month. Thanks Jared!

UPDATE: Sun & Ski Woburn continues to knock it out of the park on the customer service end. I phoned the store today to confirm that the skis I ordered would be prepped and the bindings adjusted to fit my new boots. Spoke to Raymond who confirmed everything is on target. He could not have been any more helpful than he was and I'm so happy that I now have the Woburn store as my new mountain sports home base!...
