What rich, delicious cookies! For the last few weeks, while visiting family in Wisconsin, we have been trying these delicious cookies that were ordered and delivered to the house. I was so excited to learn that we have a location near where we live. I give the cookies five stars, but the price and pretentiousness in the store definitely turns me off. I went to pick up some of these expensive little goodies for thank you gift and my daughters were begging for some so I had planned to get a six pack for the gift and a few cookies for a house but I realized that it was the same price as ordering the party box. I wanted to order a party box and have them packed six and six but since that wasn’t an option on the self-service tablet ordering system so I asked a lady working there if that was possible. She seemed to understand what I was asking then flipped the tablet over and proceeded to order two six packs which I clearly could have keyed in myself but was going to cost nearly $10 more than the party box of 12. I ended up walking out with just the six cookies, plus one for my girls to share.
I like the modern feel and the transparency into the kitchen area. I also really like the self-service option, which is aided by beautiful cookie pictures.
I definitely think these cookies are a must try for the interesting cookie flavors but be ready to empty your wallet at the same time as it’s a premium, not...
Read moreSo where do I begin!!! Crumbl Cookies are something New. We all like new, Although for most of us it can be sometimes hard to step out of our comfort zone. NO WORRIES YOU GUTS!! By stepping out of your comfort zone and trying these absolutely phenomenal huge ginormous cookies I promise you you will not be disappointed. While they might seem pricey for four cookies you are getting every penny of yours worth it. My personal one is the Pecan cookie. It's straight taste like a pecan pie except a cookie version. It is big it is bursting with flavors, it is just right in terms of the amount of sugar, I could just go on and on but ultimately the best thing is for you to try it yourself. They have a variety of cookies to choose from and their menu changes weekly. So switch it up, instead of bringing a dozen of Dunkin' Donuts try bringing a batch of Crumbl cookies to your next staff meeting and you will see a totally different reaction just like I did when I brought a whole bunch of them to my hair salon for a training session for my stylists My kids and Husband ♥️ know me so well that they will just stop on GP and grab me onemy kids and Husband ♥️ know me so well that they will just stop on GP and grab me one, just becauseJust because and this is what I found the other day coming home from work sitting on my drivers seat...
Read moreCookies are great. One of the staff members (name beginning with Ab) is an absolute terror. A customer placed an order, asked to change it, and the change was accepted. However, the customer received the unchanged order. Realizing their kid's cookie was wrong after stepping outside, they returned to request a correction, but the staff refused to fix it.
While this is unfortunate, what prompted me to write this review is the behavior of the employee (Ab). They were beyond unprofessional, dictating whom the customer should or should not speak to, and escalated a simple, solvable situation. The situation deteriorated to the point where the customer ended up calling the police. I'm not sure how it ended, but they should have simply replaced the cookie as agreed before serving the order.
That said, the cookies are good. If I owned the store, I'd implement a policy that immediately replaces any incorrect order and allows the customer to keep the mistaken item, as it would otherwise be discarded. Moreover, I'd suspend or terminate any employee who doesn't serve customers respectfully.
Given that I wasn't the customer in this situation and am writing this review days later because it's been bothering me, it should...
