I will not support this store anymore after I saw the way the elderly female manager spoke to her employee. When the young girl asked if she could switch to the other cooler room for a bit (with a fan because it was an extremely hot day) the manager completed berated her and said that it wasn't very kind of her to expect someone else to work in that heat and completely shamed her in front of me and other patrons. Our family came up here in 2017 when my kid was 9, and he definitely remembered having alot of fun shopping at Black's. This year, 2021, we came up here again (my grandparents have a house up here on the lake) and went to blacks. At 13, he still had alot of fun picking out toys. Thank you Black's for another memorable visit. Now we return to TX, but who knows we may be back...
