Northwest Trophy — Local services in Woodinville

I found this place by chance, as I was driving by. I needed a name tag last minute(a nice one) for an event I’m attending and Sarah was SO kind in helping me make this happen in time for my event. Decency and genuine human compassion goes a long way & I found that here. Their products are top of the line so I made a business account with them, knowing I’ll be using their services again in the near future. The pricing here is way decent too, I was expecting to pay a lot more for being so last minute. The fact that they didn’t take advantage of my poor planning speaks volumes, and that they do value me as a customer. First off I entered this store and was instantly greeted, and was asked how I could we help, wow right, who does this anymore? When I picked up my sons first hole in one trophy, i didn’t realize his name was not spelled correctly on the plaque. Well this was my hurry up and write down what I wanted it to say, my mistake. I called the store and advised them of my issue, the reply was no problem we will have it done by the next morning. They did and called to let me know it was ready. I went into the store in a pinch, needing a single football trophy for my son's flag football birthday party. I couldn't spend much money, so I asked if they had any trophies in the back that they were already planning to throw away. Rich, one of the owners said, "I probably have something in the back. Let me check." He came back five minutes later with a beautiful football-themed trophy that he had constructed from spare parts. When I asked how much I owed him, he told me, "No charge."
