THOUGHT THE OWNER WAS GREAT WHEN MY FAMILY AND I BOUGHT A RING. I LIKED IT SO MUCH I WORE IT FOR THE WEDDING ON SATURDAY AFTER WE BOUGHT IT, (THIS WAS OUR DESTINATION WEDDING) . I HAD TWO STONES ENDED UP FALLING OUT BY THE END OF THE WEDDING. AND I WAS UNABLE TO RETURN (SINCE WAS MY WEDDING DAY) AND SUNDAY THEY WERE CLOSED SO MONDAY AM BEFORE OUR FLIGHT I WENT TO RETURN , BY THEN ALL THE STONES HAD FALLEN OUT!!! HE WOULD NOT HELP WITH REPAIRING OR REPLACING OR ANYTHING. WAS NOT THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A ITEM ISSUES FROM A LOCAL STORE! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED! I WOULD GO ANY WHERE ELSE FOR YOUR TURQUOISE OR MAKE SURE IF THERE IS AN ISSUE YOU MAKE A POINT TO RETURN ASAP (EVEN IF YOUR GETTING MARRIED)...

We had a wonderful experience at Chimayo with Dan as our guide. He is the go to guy of all thing's Native American. The cuff jewelry selection is just what I needed to add to my growing turquoise collection. I purchased 2 cuff's and the girl's purchased 2 sets of beautiful Opal earings. Dan repairs jewelry also. Go figure. We went to a couple different places to have a look see at their product and found a big mark up. So happy to have gone to Dan's place. History and beautiful selections. Stopped at Chimayo Turquoise to just look around. Owner Dan was so nice and knowledgeable about everything. Bought 2 pair of turquoise bear claw earrings and a bear claw with turquoise necklace and love them !! Actually went back the next day for 2 more pair of bear claw earrings for my daughter in law and my granddaughter. I bought a bear claw watch in Cortez Colorado that didn't work and Dan told me to shake it for 2 hours because it was probably wound too tight. It has been working ever since!! My husband and I totally enjoyed the conversation about the different tribes of Indians and the 4th world the Indians believe is happening soon!!! We will definitely be going back next time we go...
