Dennis is a real piece of work.. I got in contact with him via my warranty company. He told me on his initial visit that he over estimates and overcharges them. My warranty company ended up not covering the repair but they did tell me his cost was $375. We decided to move forward with the repair and pay out of pocket.. low and behold he charges us $375, after tell me he overcharges them.. we get an appointment set up to get it repaired. I left work early and left my daughter at daycare to race home to be there on time all to get stood up and have him call my husband 15 minutes after the scheduled time to say he wasn't going to make it. He rescheduled with my husband for 3pm the following day. He called the following day around 11am to say he was on his way.. since we are both working adults this was ridiculous. He then said his schedule always changes and said he was busy at 3, our appointment time.. he rescheduled to a window of between 5-6 the same day. He stood us up to later call and show up at 8pm.. then proceeded to be an idiot and almost blew himself and our dryer up TWICE. He then had the audacity to try and charge us an additional 3% for paying with a card which he then took back because he looked like he already realized he was making a killing off of us. August 12 Dennis came out and diagnosed/ordered a part to repair our refrigerator. While he was here he seemed like such a decent man. He talked about his faith in Jesus, no doubt to play on my heart strings knowing full well he was going to rob us blind. I was foolish and fell for it hook, line and sinker. I stupidly paid him in full for the part and for his time coming out to diagnose the fridge.
August 31 he came out to repair our fridge but he had the wrong part, he apologized and said he'd get back to us by the next day with an update on the correct part. He never got back to us.
We have messaged him many times and left voice mails. All to no avail, he does not return calls. He finally answered his phone on October 1st, saying that he was driving and he would call us right back. We haven't heard from him since. We are filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, we want our money back and would prefer to never to see this man again.

Asked if I could book for Tuesday and cancel if we found someone else, he said no and to only call back “ when I was ready to be real.” Eventually called back ~10 mins later as no other companies service our area. I explain urgency as we have two very young children and depend on the dryer almost daily. He apologized for previous conversation and said he would be here “before 12” on Tuesday and to text him info along with pic of model number. Text says delivered that morning with no response or acknowledgement of receipt .
Today is Tuesday. We hear nothing from Dennis. I call at 1pm and get the voicemail. Leave my info, asking to confirm we are still on the list for today. No response.
