I had high hopes for this salon. However when I went for a haircut I didnt walk out with anything remotely close to what I asked for. I walked in with waist long hair and walked out with it on my shoulders. I showed my stylist a picture of what I wanted and asked her to Not cut my hair in a "bob". What did I get? I got a BOB and it didnt look anything like what I asked for. I cried all the way home. I knew a clip joint would do this but assumed a salon such as Aveda would have knowledgeable stylists that could achieve the style I was looking for, apparently I was wrong. The stylist tried to accommodate me after I told her it wasnt what I wanted. But at that time it was too short to allow her to continue any longer. Absolutely loved my experience with Courtney Ames at Pine & Petal! I am a first time mom, 5 months postpartum and Courtney truly made me feel refreshed and beautiful. It had been 8 months since I had my hair done. I was previously traveling to Denver for the last five years for it. The building was cute but that’s about the only good thing I can say about my experience. I came to have my hair done for my elopement day and we were not on the same page. I had shown pictures of what I wanted but ended up with something completely different. I felt like I was annoying her so I just stayed quiet most of the time. The hair style did not hold up throughout the night and is my least favorite thing about my photos.
