Ashley Stewart — Local services in Woodlawn

On Sunday, October 11, 2015 I came to the Ashley Stewart Store at this location at 1:07 p.m. The store was closed. The hours posted were 12 - 4 pm for that day. I waited and eventually left. When I called the store after 2:00 pm. I asked had they opened late that day. The nasty reply I got was that "they were open now" and I asked how long they'd be open and they replied until five. There was no apology for any inconvenience suffered. This location is not around the corner from me and I did not appreciate that they acted like I was in the wrong. The attitude of too many of the employees there is rude, nasty and abrupt. I was there to receive the benefit of a offer I had received through an APP that they said could not be in place when I made my purchases. They should be knowledgeable about all the specials that you send to customers. I don't get to this store as often as I'd like, but I won't be trying to visit any more than I have. Currently I am not very excited to visit there...

I walked in to the Glenwood Crossing store around 6pm - there was one other customer present. 3 associates were in conversation regarding wedding rings. No one spoke when I entered or told me about the sales in the store. Walked around 15 minutes with an arm full of clothes (9 items) when a woman in a sparkly jacket & shoes walks in and 2 of the associates attend to her... the other walks by me- hello on her way to the restroom. One walks to me, "Are you finding everything?" Yes, I need a dressing room, even though you didn't ask. 15 minutes in the dressing room, 2 more customers are brought back- not one knock on the door- Are you ok? Do you need a size? May I have the GM's number please, leaving these 9 items right...

With the last few purchases that I made from Ashley Stewart I find that the quality of your products has gone down. The material of your clothing is very thin and it feels cheap and is not very well made. I've purchased two outfits a jogging suit and the purple love two-piece both has strings hanging off of them you look at it half of the thread is not sewn onto the material I had to take both items to a seamstress and have her to resew them because it would have been too much trouble returning and waiting and all that stuff so I'm really am not feeling you all right now. I am considering not making any more purchases from...
