Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Woodlawn

Just like any new fast food restaurant today it was nice when it opened. I said to myself that it would go downhill in a matter of months and surely enough I was right. Order a bowl and find out at the register that they don’t have any chips. Order a medium soft drink With my meal and get around the corner and there’s only root beer working at the dispenser and the whole counter was a complete mess. This is the second time I’ve come to this location and they’re out of ingredients or something’s not working and then you always have multiple staff members standing around spending more time on their phones and talking than they are working. I was going to dine in but ended up carrying out so I could go to Kroger and get chips. I guess I’ll have to continue my search for...

Ok so this was a mishandling of my money INTENTIONALLY. The line was long and there was a guy of either Hispanic descent or he was bi racial. I asked him was he on the front line by himself and he said yes I said that wasn’t ok. All the staff were worried about the door dash/uber eats/grub hub orders. At that point a girl put gloves on and made my bowls. Only the first one was half chicken half steak NOT EXTRA meat. The second one bowl was chicken only but you see what was written on my bowls and how I was charged. I was rushing to get home to feed my elderly mother so I didn’t pay it attention. I have no receipt because I used Apple Pay. This location is fairly new I’d think there would be better...

Pathetic portions on chipotle-line. I remember the good ole days where you got what you paid for, but that was also before online orders- now you have to get chips and queso/guac to be full…. Which is just more carbs and transfat so it’s intended that way.

I’m sure portions are better when you go down the line inside- as for online it’s abysmal. Expected better from a new place not the same ole standards of bad portions and forgetfulness.

Slow down some- people will be more happy if their order comes out later if the food matches the wait. We get corporate standards of trying to push orders before deadline- but for almost 10 bucks I should be full and not...
