This is one of the worst Kroger's I have been to. The Kroger brand and Private selection section is horrible. Pictures listed taken on 4-20-25 some of the bread expired on March 1st. It was not just one loaf there were multiple loaves of bread. Upon discovering this I called for the manager to meet me at the department and pointed this issue out to him. Named Geoff I think is the way his name was spelled. He took immediate action and attempted to locate some an expired bread from the rear rolling out several carts. I did not immediately see the bread I was looking for so after about a half hour of him bringing out new products I thought to look at the dates on the new bread and it was expired as well I was flabbergasted brand new products expired which means the bread had not been up kept for a long time causing an overage of back stock all steaming from not rotating old expired stock. I've been to this store several times and old and expired products are a problem the stock in some departments are not checked on a regular basis. Most employees seem lackadaisical to fix problems. I add another incident at the customer service desk where the customer service mgr female African-American I can't recall her name I asked about a offer in the Kroger's app so I could meet the criteria to get that deal because it was not worded clearly she kept telling me I just had to read the information on the screen which was not clear it had to do with buying 3Lbs of bananas and you got $10-$20 off your bill. I asked if she could get another person familiar with the offer so I could take advantage of it but refused and just kept telling me to read the unclear wording in the app. I bought 3Lbs of bananas but didn't get the offer. I do NOT recommend this location half of the employees do not care. There are random terrible spills and items in disarray throughout the store on a regular basis....
Read moreOscar in the deli is so mean. I literally just asked him for salami that was very thinly sliced and he goes to the back and hands me salami that's already pre packaged and the sell by date was the next day. I asked very nicely if he could just slice some for me fresh and he told its the same thing. But it's a different cut from what I was hoping for. Then as I walk away he starts talking about me and making fun of me with another employee. Then the next time I go in I avoided the deli area because of how mean he is and he still started talking about me saying do you remember her and pointing at me and making fun of me again. All because I just asked him to slice salami for me and I was never once rude or mean to him. In fact I was overly nice to this man. Then at the gas pump an older lady got her credit card stuck in the pump. I tried to help her get it out to no avail. There was no one working at the gas station so she tried to call the store to get help and no one would answer the phone. I went into the store to ask for help for her because she didn't want to leave her card and they acted like I was a big inconvenience for even asking them to go help her. Just don't shop here unless you want maggots in your rotisserie chicken, moldy chicken wings, expired sausage links, and moldy yogurt. I've also had a cashier try to fight me with my baby in my arms bc I asked her what her name was after making rude comments about my kid. I have gotten to the point where I just turn my camera on the entire time I'm in this store because it's just that bad. I have left here crying many times. They leave food ready to be stocked in the aisles for hours which is why I'm pretty sure i keep buying bad food from here. I haven't shoped at any krogers because of this store since December. Here's to giving Aldis and Meijer my $16,000 in...
Read moreI recently moved to the area from northern ky and was introduced to this Kroger by my husband. I’ve had so many awful experiences at this Kroger and quite frankly appalling of what they try to sell at this store. My husband and I did a quick grocery store shop and wanted to get some Oprah soup that they had in the refrigerator in the back by the meats. I was excited to see that they were on sale 2 for $5.00 but the closer I checked and looked at the expiration date I noticed they all had sell by dates of March of 2019 and we are are at the beginning of June??? Come on Kroger! This is not the only time I’ve witnessed expired items, damaged and Molded produce and an all around unkept store. I’m not used to this type of shopping but I am used to the super store in Newport or in Oakley which are better than this by far! I feel bad for those people especially the elderly who don’t pay close attention to sell by dates. Kroger- would you Eat or feed you family well over sell by dates on soup or any other food? Shame on you Kroger! Clean up this mess you call grocery store before you make someone sick! Also - I may just tweet Oprah and let her know how you tried to sell her soup. Get...
