Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Woodlawn

Ok let me just say this first of all please please get new management and hire all new people all new and they need to be older adults it's so crazy here and ghetto everytime I go here the order is wrong are they forget my order they act so immature and ghetto and this store it is really sad I've been here at least over hundred of times and every time my order is not just wrong I mean it's absolutely wrong. Its no other popeyes around and i try to hope hey maybe this time. But it's never what I said and there's been so many times that they told me to pull up and I waited at least 30 minutes for them to come out with my order and they would never come then I will go in and they would look at me like they never see my face before and I would be like you guys never brought my order out and they would say oops oh I Musta gave it to the other people are I forgot it was her fault and then they all start laughing and acting silly and like okay we'll get it and it's just like wow and then there was a time when they forgot to bring my order out and then I came in to make another order and then they never gave me my first order are the second order and I'm standing there for 40 minutes and the girl who took my order totally forgot she took my order this is the worst Popeyes ever and they really need to either shut it down and get new people retrain and do it right its crazy there they have ear phones on cell phones out listening to muisc on there phone and hair scarfs like they just rolled out of bed like omg please this place is a...

When, I went to order the man behind the counter was extremely rude and I was taken back by his attitude. He didn't understand what I asked for the first time so instead of asking politely to repeat myself he began to berate me, loudly saying "what do you want?! Do you won't this, do you want that?!" I was so shocked by the tone of voice he was taking I literally stepped back from the counter and my boyfriend had to place my order for me. Needless to say I did not enjoy being spoken like I was an infidel. I understand English and speaking to me with with a loud attitude isn't going to help. He wouldn't even give me a chance to answer his question, he just kept speaking over me it was awful and more importantly it was insulting.

To put the icing on the cake my order was crap. I ordered popcorn shrimp. There wasn't anything shrimp! It was just peices of rock hard breading. I used to have Popeyes by my old apartment in mason and they were delicious! I was shocked by the difference. It was like a completely different restaurant, the standards were no where to be found.
