Walgreens — Local services in Woods Cross

This is absolutely ridiculous. We couldn’t get my medication because this location has decided to close 2 hours early and not update their hours online. Google still says they’re open until 9 and that the hours were updated a week ago. They close at 7. So we call another Walgreens to get my medicine transferred over and we thought all was well. Turns out this location doesn’t know how to transfer prescriptions and my prescription got “stuck” at this location due to insurance not being transferred. I was told to pick it up at the other location I would have to pay $800 due to this location’s mistake and that only the Wood’s Cross location could fill our prescription now. We then went back today, Saturday, at 6pm to be sure we could get there in time before the 7pm closure. WELL APPARENTLY…THEY CLOSE AT 5PM ON SATURDAYS. Which is complete nonsense. We had gone to this location for a long time and these were never their hours. I now have to suffer another day with no medicine due to their incompetence. This is not a game. If you’re going to close early and force people to fill their prescriptions elsewhere…you BETTER ONOW WHAT YOU’RE DOING WHEN TRANSFERRING PRESCRIPTIONS! this has caused me pain and suffering while I’m recover from having a baby. I have been going to this Walgreens for over a year no complaints but today Barbara was extremely rude to me and my husband I felt discriminated by her( i am mexican/american) we had a basket of thing pretty heavy customer was paying we were the only ones wearing a face mask we set our basket on the counter right away she said step back we cooperated and said ok we stepped back she then responds not your basket with an attitude I defended my husband and told her my husband hand is hurt (he had smashed his finger) right away she gives us the dirtiest look and said dont you give me an attitude my husband then grabs the basket off the counter. I said really you gotta be so rude. I grabbed the the basket from my husband and just left it on the counter told her we will take our business elsewhere. I will no longer get my prescription or spend a dime at the woodcross location I'll drive up the street to bountiful location. What happen to your younger non discriminated cashiers. I used to come to this location ALL the time especially for Western Union. I came in today 7/27/2020 to get my husbands passport photo printed since he is 6000 miles away I figured I could just upload it like I did 2 months ago. To my surprise the lady working at the photo counter didn't know what I was talking about. She went to ask the manager and the manager said they would have to be here in person for the passport photo to be taken care of. 2 MONTHS AGO I had mine done in person, uploaded my husbands, my brothers and his wifes and had NO ISSUES and they weren't physically present. Another employee said they were able to do that while the 2 claimed you couldn't. You need to catch all your employees up on the same policy instead of everyone giving the wrong information.
