Brooklynn's — Local services in Woodstock

I used to shop here every season for YEARS, and would end up spending a couple hundred dollars every time I would shop. The Woodstock location was my go-to distance due to its close proximity to me and great location. The past couple of times (and I went in today) I have noticed a lack of customer service. No greeting, no check-ups… I feel as if I’m intruding on the employees. I have worked as a sales associate in luxury & regular retail stores and can’t imagine ever getting away with not talking to customers. There is a middle aged employee who I cannot tell is the manager or owner, but she has never been friendly to me whenever I have shopped. It’s one thing for a college aged associate to be negligent towards customers, but she’s old enough to do better. I would’ve just let this interaction be swept under the rug if not for the commonality of other reviews I’ve seen. If I choose to put my money towards Brooklynn’s in the future, I’ll drive the extra few miles to the Kennesaw location where customers are appreciated. Please do better,...

Be sure to THROUHGLY research and take it upon yourself to read the return policy before purchasing online. They have a very special return policy. I order two shirts over the Thanksgiving Holiday, recieved them within three days, but could not open them due to being out of town. The store only allows for 7 days for items to be returned ONLY WHEN PURCHASED IN STORES. Online, you cannot receive a refund, only an exchange or store credit. Had this clearly been listed I would have not purchased something from this website because I am unfamiliar with the fit. The colors were both wrong from what was pictured as well. I'll spend my "store credit" in this store but that will be the last time I purchase from them online or...

Love love love the clothes here! I used to shop all the time at the Cobb center location. Unfortunately I visited today with my mom and was shocked by the lack of customer service. We weren’t greeted at all when we first walked in and we walked around for a considerable amount of time before what seemed like that the manager came in and she was extremely nice and helpful. The associate/social media influencer seemed to be uninterested in helping or greeting us. She also walked by my mom and I several times without saying a word.
