GO HERE FOR YOUR NEXT PURCHASE OF A CAR!! On June 29, 2022 I made my way to CDJR of Woodstock. I really wasnāt looking forward to purchasing a car as I was very afraid of the bad reps that car dealerships have. Upon having the first initial phone call with Chris, whom I am assuming had the car pulled up front and ready for me to take a look at to Joshua Crane (sales), not pushy AT ALL. Joshua Crane easily answered any and all questions/concerns that I had. What made it even better was being offered a 90 day/3000 mile warranty at NO EXTRA COST. The Mini Cooper S drove like a dream, the exterior/interior in such great condition (SIDE NOTE: Itās a used car so there were some chips, but very minimal and those can be easily fixed) Just know if you are going into a USED car, it wonāt be perfect. Needless to say, I purchased the 2015 Mini Cooper S, and the entire was process was that of a normal car buying time length BUT CDJR of Woodstock made it unbelievably comfortable. Joshua even helped me to return my rental vehicle to enterprise so that I could drive off in my new purchase. Top notch Customer service if I do say so myself. Even Alexis at the front desk would check in on me to see how I was doing from time to time. Now, what would a review be without a look into a few days after the initial purchase? So, as I was driving, I was informed that my driver side tail light was out. I called up to CDJR of Woodstock about something else, but while I was on the phone with Joshua, I explained the tail light being out. Joshua then told me to go ahead and make an appointment with the service department, that this would be under my 90 day/3000 mile warranty. So, I spoke to Tim to create the appointment, for that Saturday July 2nd, 2022 at 8:30am. You know, it was the typical wait time for a service department, I was there for an hour and a half. When it came time, I was informed that my car needed the complete tail light assembly. They did not have the part on hand, totally understandable as it was the holiday weekend. So, here I was thinking I would have to drive all the way back to Woodstock later in the week, when Joshua informs me that instead of having me drive back to Woodstock from my home in Stone Mountain or my job in Dunwoody, they are going to send someone out to me! Who does that!?!? I was bewildered as I have NEVER had a dealership have someone come out to me to fix something on a vehicle. Then I was informed that it would be scheduled AFTER the holiday weekend. So, my partner and I leave to run errands and carry on about our day, when in the middle of all of it, James reaches out to me that SAME DAY to SCHEDULE AN AT HOME VISIT THE SAME DAY ON A SATURDAY! Again, I am astounded by the attention they are giving me. James came to our home that evening to take a look and see what he can do. After trying several things, he tells me that it needs the WHOLE assembly, lens and all, not just the light assembly. Which its Saturday evening and he waited for his boss to instruct him further. James informed me that due to the holiday weekend he can not get the part until Tuesday. Iām a sensible person and I am ok with the outcome as I know there is no way for any of this to happen and it would absurd to think it could. Fast forward to Wednesday July 6, 2022, James met me at my place of work in Dunwoody, GA at 8:45am and replaced my whole tail light assembly in 10 minutes. I really do appreciate how CDJR of Woodstock actually cares about their customers AFTER they have signed and driven away. You deff wonāt feel like just another dollar sign in their pocket. I urge anyone reading this to please go check them out for your next vehicle purchase! I donāt regret it and I donāt feel anyone else...

If I can give them 0 stars I absolutely would. I had an interesting experience with Woodstock Ram, that lead to a lot of employees lying to my face. As a new truck buyer, I was very impressed by how nice the Woodstock employees were to me (in the beginning). They made me feel comfortable and found exactly what I wanted my first trip there. Due to me being knowledgeable on cars I knew the basic things to look out for when shopping for a truck, so I played dumb just to see if the salesman would take advantage of me. Ex. Asking what e-torque was, the salesman lied to me and said itās just the engine shut off feature⦠thatās not true at all. ANYWAYS I really liked the truck and I was ready to purchase it. Of course I bought the warranty and made sure it covered everything in the truck and the finance personnel also confirmed it so I signed on the dotted line! 2 days after the front left speaker goes out on my truck, I get it looked at by the dealership and they fix it. 2 weeks go by and my speaker goes out again. They covered the fees to get is fixed (NOT REPLACED). 2 months after my speaker goes out again and this time it went out for good. Now Iām outside of my dealership warranty however the issue I had was never fixed so they are still obligated to fix this issue. I tried calling the salesman and had no luck. I took it to another ram dealership since I bought the warranty. They told me my speaker is not covered under warranty, so now Iām confused because I paid for a warranty the covered everything! So I called Woodstock and spoke with the finance department about my warranty issues. George said heāll email me my warranty and hung up on me while I had questions. I called back and spoke to George again, and he admitted to me on the phone that I was lied to about my warranty package and it ultimately did not cover everything. He later stated the person who lied to me about my warranty package was fired due to numerous people calling for the same issue. I told George well since Iāve been lied to I still need my truck fixed or my money back. George did not like my response and HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN! I called back a third time to speak with the sales manager. I explained everything to the manager who confirmed the employee who lied to me was terminated for those reasons, however I can only split the cost of the speaker repair. At this point it wasnāt about the speaker, is was the principle of how rude they were when I needed help but weāre all laughs and smiles when Iām spending my hard earned money. I took my truck to another Ram dealership who quoted me $700 to fix the speaker. The manager only agreed to pay half and expected me to flip the bill on the remainder cost. Mind you, this was an issue I had when the truck was still under dealership warranty. This experience had a negative impact on me and how i not only view the dealership, but Ram as a company. If you took the time to read this review please please please donāt let your friends or family go to this dealership! AVOID IT! Go to Ford, Chevy, Toyota, etc.
Answering comment: if you want to make this situation right and really ālook after your customersā you should pay full price for an issue that was never fixed under my dealership warranty! Thatās what Iāve been trying to you guys the WHOLE TIME SINCE OCTOBER!!
UPDATE: 7/7/2025 -9 months later and still NO HELP FROM THE DEALERSHIP.. AVOID AT ALL COST FOLKS. Mind you the number the gave for me to contact in the reply NEVER PICKED UP THE PHONE. Just optics like they are...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUpdate: Woodstock CDJR contacted me within 2 days of posting this review. They worked it out so that the original agreement was honored. I received an apology from the sales guy which was kind and I choose to believe he meant it. According to Bob the Key Guy, the sales guy is really a good guy. The sales guy had Bob the Key Guy meet me at my sonās house. Bob was very nice and friendly. He had some issues getting the key to program correctly but I do have a spare key now. I know he was having issues with his system but I have two small (really small) issues. One is that the new fob does not open the hatch. Outside of that, it works and I usually use my foot to open the hatch anyway. Two is that itās a universal fob so it looks nothing like my original fob but with the system issues, he just couldnāt get it to program to the other one. As much as I would like it to look the same, I am just happy to finally have a spare fob. A word of warning when getting a new key programmed. Some of my safety features no longer function. From what I have read online, that sometimes happens when a new fob is programmed. Just wanted to make people aware that this could happen. So far, I have noticed that I lost lane keep assist, adaptive cruise control, and follow distance detection. Not sure why that is but I am going to have to find a Buick dealership and see if this can be fixed. Hopefully it is something simple and doesnāt cost me a lot of money.
I also received a follow up call from the customer service manager, Kelly, who was very nice and friendly. I am going to update my review to 4 stars. Even though they did contact me to make things right, I have one issue. I shouldnāt have to give a bad review to get my contract honored.
Original Review: Do NOT go to Woodstock Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to purchase a vehicle! Terrible customer service! I have been trying for a year to get a key that was negotiated into my contract. They were supposed to travel to my location but, after signing the contract, I was told I lived too far away. I asked if they could meet me at my sons and was told yes. Then was told the key guy couldnāt make it on my next visit with them. Now that I am finally going to get my key, they are forcing me to drive to them!! When I insisted they come to me as agreed, I was told if I wanted my extra key, I would come to them because they were not honoring the promise to travel to my location. Either come to the dealership or no key!!!! š” I have been contacting them for a year. If I hadnāt, I would never have gotten my key because no one bothered to call me or keep in touch with me to try to resolve this issue. Now I am going to have to spend a couple of hours driving, the time it takes to get the key made, and the cost of my gas. So, I lose money and lose spending that time with my son, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter.
I would have given 2 stars because the sales guy I dealt with was very good. However, he is no longer at the dealership and the new guy I have been dealing with sucks! Soā¦. 1 star since 0 stars is...
