Pepper Palace — Local services in Woodstock

I am not a local to this location nor have I ever heard of pepper palace. I literally stopped by this pavilion/shopping center to use the public restrooms and as I was leaving I came across Pepper palace. The name intrigued me being that I love hot sauce. My intentions were to come in and take a look then leave but I was greeted by a very friendly young man named Michael. I would like to think of myself as a hotsauce connoisseur so didn't think I needed any assistance. However Michael's knowledge and pure passion about hotsauce made me realize I knew very little. I couldn't help but purchase every sample recommendation from him. He knows his peppers and I believe he can match anyone's desired palette. I’ve been to a tone of pepper palace’s and this one by far is my new favorite it felt like a fun party with all the lights and great music also had a super clean sample bar great tasting sauces and seasonings and apparently a whole jerky wall I haven’t seen at other locations and most of the hot challenges like satin’s toe, extreme jelly beans, hottest Jerky and the end flatline which is definitely a must try also the staff were super knowledgeable and very funny chris and Jonathan were also very cute they helped me and my friends pick out a bunch of sauces for the buy 3 sale get 1 more free We will definitely be back to this location and recommend y’all come try it...

My husband and I really loved this place but the cost of product was about 15 dollars per bottle. If they ran incentives like Ghirardelli like buy 2 get 1 or buy 3 get 2, I have a feeling they would sell a lot more but their only incentive was buy TEN get three. That means you would have to purchase $150 of sauces to get 45 dollars. I don't know how many bottles they have to sell a day to break even on their lease, but I hope they offer more incentives in the future to stay in business.
