About a month ago I was shopping at the Woodstock Outlets with my mother and cousin. I had been hearing about the Purple Mattress and saw there was a store, so we stopped in. The associate, Colleen was very informative, knowledgeable, and engaging about the mattresses answering every question we had. Have you ever been in a store and immediately felt relaxed? I was expecting to see a lot of purple beds, but I was pleasantly surprised! The lights weren't too bright, the store was extremely clean, and it smelled AMAZING!! Now, I'm a plant mom, so my attention soon went to the beautiful plants that were living in the store. There were two Fiddle Leaf trees and two Monstera plants. One of the Monsteras had a yellowing leaf, so I asked her who was caring for them. My mom tried to get me out the store because she knew where the conversation was going. LOL!!! In Colleen's beautiful and friendly way, she told me no one really knew how to care for them but there was a company who came in to tend to them. I gave her my phone number and email address and asked her to contact me if they ever decided to get rid of them. That call came 3 weeks later!!!!!! I was beyond excited!!! She told me the store manager was no longer having the plant care company come out and they didn't know anything about plants so If I wanted them, I could have them. I got them and they are even more beautiful than the first time I saw them!!! I don't know who the store manager is, but I want to thank him/her and Colleen!!! Although I didn't purchase a mattress, Colleen's customer service didn't change. She was the sweetest from the time we walked in until the time we walked out. But more than that, she kept her word y'all!! She didn't have to call me! In fact, I had thrown her card away a couple of days before she called me thinking "they'll never get rid of those plants". Since Covid, true customer service has gone away, but Colleen has shown me that it still exists. Colleen, integrity and keeping your word and promises are so very important...YOU'VE NAILED IT!!!! When I saw that we had a physical store 10 minutes down the road I had to stop by opening week of course. My first visit was completely different than any other mattress store. I felt no pressure to buy anything. I probably stayed for an hour trying every bed, feeling the different fabrics and talking to the employees. Everyone was friendly and Jamal (sorry if I didn't spell it right) was fantastic.
I would end up stopping by the mall with my wife and son for a different reason. When I walked past, Jamal opened the door, while busy, stuck his head out and was genuinely excited to see us. Walked us into a pair of new PJ's for my wife! She loved them so much we went and got another pair!
Fast forward to yesterday November 9th. It's been 3 days since my wife gave birth and her hips were dying on our old mattress. I knew I needed to get her something new. That would also work for both of us. I had no question about where I'd pick up my next mattress. I called the store, explained my situation and was asked to come in.
Once I walked in the associate I spoke with on the phone, I think his name was Robert. He has great hair, sorry if I got your name wrong! Had roped in the store manager, (I don't remember your name I'm sorry) and helped me pick out sheets, the foundation and getting payment set up. She said that while it normally can take 1-2 weeks for delivery. She had called while I was driving over and could get everything I had purchased delivered the next day. Threw in some free pillows and upgraded my sheets and I was so excited to surprise my wife!
Today November 10th rolled around. Brandon and Lance (says on the delivery email) came by 15 minutes early and set everything thing up. I didn't have to lift a finger. Fast, professional and gone by there original arrival time! I'm writing this review while laying on the bed with my elated wife and 4 day old son! Great company, fantastic location and worth...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVisited here on our daughter birthday weekend on sunday 1/26/24 to shop a bit and noticed outlet had a Purple store. I had to go in there to try out the mattresses as I've heard so many commercials and wanted to see for myself. We walked in into a lavender oasis. I felt relaxed and lifted after testing the second mattress. I must say I was amazed at the quality and comfort of mattresses and pillows. Ms. Shelley was excellent at explaining everything and making sure we knew all that we need to know about all products and making suggestions. We also test out the massagers and they was amazing also.
On my visit it was 3 adults and 4 kids. Well 2 adults and 4 kids initially and I texted my husband to tell him "we have got to get one!" and his response was "ugh, let me see" and finished shopping and joined us. The kids all thought the mattress were wonderful as well. We ended our visit and purchased harmony pillows. We was warned by Ms. Shelley that the pillows were the gateway to the mattress. I was notified by my husband on yesterday that he had contacted Ms. Shelley and purchased the purple restore hybrid Mattress. I would say that if you're on the fence about purchasing and are able to visit this location- do it and check out the staff there they will get you set! Excellent customer service...
