Torrid — Local services in Woodstock

If I had to sum up my experience at this Torrid location in one phrase, it would be: “EXCELLENT customer care!” I’ve been shopping at Torrid for about 10 years, and in my opinion, this store truly sets the standard for what Torrid has to offer.

Crystal, the store manager, is incredibly kind, caring, and always greets us with a warm smile. My son knows her by name, and he doesn’t even talk yet! Melanie consistently goes above and beyond—I had an issue with an order, and she patiently and thoughtfully helped me through it. Lilith is an absolute gem; her positivity and genuine care make every visit feel special. She treats everyone who walks through the doors with such warmth that you’d never guess if she was having a tough day.

I have a store credit card through Torrid. At this moment (vip member), I don't think I'll be back. When I was at the store Friday late morning, there was a worker there named Nicole (I asked b4 leaving). I normally buy something b4 leaving the store, but... I heard this girl making comments about a couple of customers, talking about their weight and body frames being very rude. I was told she's not normally there (in Woodstock) her actual store location is in Kennesaw. She's not a tiny person herself, guessing she wears maybe an xl, so it's not like she needs clothes from a big girl store. Regardless, I don't think I'll be back... unless she's no longer there. I was so sad to hear the torrid in town center mall was closing as that was the closest to me, but just 10 minutes more and there’s this GEM of a torrid!! The ladies were so sweet and friendly, but didn’t hover - I always bring my fiance along for opinions and they were so kind to him as well! In the past he’s been ignored or dismissed but they made him feel welcome too. I found so many cute things and Crystal even helped me save a little more with my torrid cash that I forgot I even had.
