I have been following and purchased several dresses over the years. The latest time warrant a greedy store selling me Christian Siriano earrings for $68 where you can get them at TJ Maxx for cheap as I came home and saw the tag still left on. I definitely have the receipt as Paula and her daughter did the transaction as Marcy, the owner, thinks this isn't true, as Marcy wasn't there. I also helped Marcy by referring Paula to the store and this is how she treats me by lying about me. The assistant manager texted me the store looks cleaner after how messy it looked after I helped organized it. Marcy does not support actors on strike and not open to constructive criticism from her customers and would totally take offense to this. She had given my film business a one star review upon leaving a real review for her and continues to lie about me even when I never told her about my film business. She continues to stalk me and even called me one time without leaving a voicemail. Plus she and her friend, Julia Peters, will rate my business with fake reviews.

The store is tight, cluttered, and hard to find dresses that are up to $500 even with 50% off. If there's a style/s you like online the employees will have a tough time finding everything as what happened to me before. The fitting rooms are tight too. The store could look nicer selling items at these prices. The store is ALWAYS having sales. Don't ever pay full price at this store for your prom dress etc. here. I have been following and supporting this store for years and even noticed the owner takes down bad reviews including employee reviews on glassdoor over the years. Upon seeing real reviews, on March 1, 2024, she offered a discount to customers on FB for a review on Google, but not FB, in effort to cover up.

I had the absolute pleasure of shopping at Queen Couture, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for something special. Wauleca, Bany, and Lisa formed an incredible team that made my experience truly unforgettable.

It wasn’t easy to narrow down the options (everything was so beautiful!), but thanks to their expert guidance, we managed to find the one. And just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, the tailor came over and suggested a few alterations to ensure the dress would be absolutely perfect. Their attention to detail was second to none.
