The Board and Box Charcuterie — Local services in Woodstock

I wanted to take my wife out on a quick little romantic hike to a waterfall up in Helen, Ga. I wanted to take something for a nice little picnic to have on the hike. My wife loves charcuterie so I gave Ashley a call at Board and Box. I really had no idea what to get so I told her what my plans were. She was amazing and knew exactly what to do! She told me what to order in the website, and what to put in the note on the order and she would handle the rest and boy did she. It was a surprise for my wife so when we stopped at Ashley’s store on our way up my wife was very excited. She had been following Board and Box on Facebook and had wanted to try them out. We got there and Ashley and he mother-in-law were so nice and welcoming. They gave us the two boxes to take with us on our hike and wished us well. The hike was great, the waterfall was great, but the charcuterie was AMAZING! My wife loved it and I hit it out of the park. I feel like 5 stars isn’t enough to describe the hospitality and professionalism you experience with The Board & Box. Tonight I participated in my second charcuterie board class and they out did themselves again. Every detail is well thought, executed and the instruction is spot on. They use quality ingredients and they truly are so personable and fun. I could have stayed all evening just chatting. If you are looking for a fun time, yummy snacks and get some more hands on knowledge in charcuterie boards- this is your place. I ordered a box for a lunch celebration for a friend’s fortieth birthday, and I was very happy with the box I got. There was a great variety of meats, cheeses, fruits, and crackers/breads. The box was put together in such a way that it was part of the decorations! There were four of us and we got to sample a bit of everything, as well as have a few leftovers to graze on later.
