Burger King — Restaurant in Woodstock

So I never ever leave review’s on restaurants but I have never been so disgusted and dissapointed . My kids and I were going to look at lights at Dixie speedway . They wanted to go to King to play and eat something . I know fast food places are known for being the cleanest. But I was absolutely shocked at the state of this Burger King the seating area play area and the bathroom the whole place was just unbelievably nasty not only that I asked if they could wipe off the table and seats because they were So thick with nastiness had not been cleaned in along time they wouldn’t come the whole restaurant was over whelming with the smell of weed non of the food prepped were wearing gloves the weed smell was not so bad in the kids play are but in the bathroom it was overpowering and the bathroom was so gross . I have my own cleaning business thank god so I had my cleaning stuff with me I was so appalled and my kids wanted to stay and play so I had to go get my cleaning supplies out of my car and cleaning the kids area tables chairs and highchair the amount of food on the floor was crazy and they weren’t busy so there was no excuse. I am not a Germafobe at all . I have 4 kids but the state of this place was just mind blowing I had to throw away all the rags I had to use the picture below is just from one table and bench seat...

My recent visit to Burger King was an absolute delight, primarily thanks to the exceptional service! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a genuine eagerness to help. The staff member who took my order was incredibly patient as I decided what I wanted, offering helpful suggestions without being pushy. My food came out surprisingly fast, and it was clear that care had been taken in its preparation. My Whopper was perfectly assembled, fresh, and hot, and the fries were crispy and well-salted – exactly how I like them. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the attentiveness of the team. Even after I received my order, I noticed staff members regularly checking on customers, clearing tables, and maintaining a spotless dining area. It's rare to see such dedication to customer satisfaction in a fast-food setting. This Burger King location truly exemplifies what great service can do. My husband visited this location not long before it was time to close. I just got out of the hospital, so we were trying to just get a quick bite to eat. He came back to the house gave our 16 yr old a whopper...then preceded to take the rest of the food out the bag. Our 16yr old noticed the burger had a bite mark in it; my husband checked the rest of the food and another burger had the same bite mark. It was totally disgusting to know that someone deliberately tried to harm us by sabotaging our food. My husband immediately took the food back and demanded that it be made correctly...honestly after that experience I couldn’t stomach to attempt to eat it. I don’t know if the employees felt that the food would be eaten without being looked at or if by the time we figured it out they would be closed. Either way it is unacceptable, dangerous and very unsanitary to do such a thing. Corporate will be called on this issue! From my husbands account it was only 2 employees that he saw both times working... a black female taking orders and a Caucasian female manager. You cannot play with a person’s food.... by doing so you’re literally playing with...
