Vapor Mix — Local services in Wooster

I've been here before and it was a GREAT experience! The young girl was so friendly & helpful.

HOWEVER, yesterday I went with my husband in search of juice. The young girl that was helpful last time was with a customer, and there was an older lady with cute colorful hair working as well. We walked in.

NO ONE greeted us. We stood in line for 8-10 minutes and NO ONE acknowledged our presence. No "I'll be with you shortly" or "welcome to vapor mix, we'll be with you in a moment".

At that point, I didn't want to spend money there as they were rude. Hubby felt otherwise, so we continued to wait. Once it was our turn, we moved up to the counter.

The older lady behind it, still didn't greet us & decided to puff on her vape a few times in front of us, before she acknowledged us.

So we pay the money to test out flavors. Hubby is explaining to her what he's looking for. She gives her recommendations (we're new to vaping) on juices that are potent in flavor. She gives us a flavor to try. Hubby says he can't really taste it, so I tried it. I couldn't really taste the flavor either after a big hit.

She "claimed" it was because the pen was bad.....well if that's the case, why is the store using them?

So the protective cap came off the pen & fell on the floor. The older lady rolled her eyes, and reluctantly brought over the dish for us to get another protective covering.

When i said to her, I wasn't able to taste the flavoring either, she got somewhat defensive.

I wish I had gotten her name. She was no only rude, but also completely incompetent at her job. She didn't seem to know much about the juices the store sold, as she was asking the young nice girl for help.

Needless to say, we will NOT be...

UPDATED 6/6/2025: Sadly, I have to change my rating from a 5 to a 2. The ONLY reason I came here was for their house juice which they have DISCONTINUED. They also no longer seem to have a website. Not sure if they're going out of business or just letting themselves go, but I have no reason to return. Their customer service is usually decent, so I won't drop it to a 1-star.

Went in today with my husband. We bought me a new vape and he got a coil and vape juice. We get home to find out the employee we worked with gave my husband the wrong coil and sold me my vape without batteries to use it. I have never had issues neither has my husband. We have gone here for a few years now, but we live 45 minutes away (including traffic due to construction).
