I’m not one to usually complain but I waited 15 minutes in the drive-through waiting on my food I got my drink right away but that was about it and I was on a 30 minute break from my job to get some food actually when I first pulled into the drive-through I was the only one and when I left, there were about five or six other cars behind me the side items I got were good, but they didn’t get my burger correct even after all that time I’m hoping that this is a one off time because I had to have my boss extend my break for ten minutes that way I wouldn’t have to wolf down my food I just hope y’all do better next time. Read moreOk...well...I am from out of town...so I inquired about a deal for 2 10 pieces and 2 large fries for 8.99. I was told that she didn't know and she was sorry. From there I asked if she could ask someone if they knew. So evidently she asked her husband and he told her only on the mobile app could I take advantage of this deal. Another voice came thru the mic...lol...and said sorry. They only have a 20 pice and 2 large fries for 8.99. And that Noone really knows about it because it's not advertised. I said ok....well 10 and 10 makes 20 so I guess...yeah. thats what I was referring to. Then I got my food...it was fine and I was on my way. But wow. When we requested a refund the manager decided to walk to the window on the phone, talking to someone else, clearly, then told the kid at the window that he had to tell us to go through the app. When we requested the manager to come back and why she didn't give him clear instructions and dismissed us, the kid caught an attitude with us about her fixing another issue, the broiler that she is not certified to fix. So tell me how the level of service displayed by either is becoming of any staff members, let alone a manager/shift lead who does not want to do her job to correct an issue...
