This was the worst restaurant experience Iโve ever had in my life. I am not one to complain about dining experiences but this one took the cake. On New Yearโs eve a buddy and I decided we needed a wing fix so we went in to Buffalo Wild Wings. It started out waiting to be seated for 10 minutes because the host was hanging decorations for the New Year. Apparently you canโt set a roll of tape and some balloons down to seat your guests. The restaurant was pretty slow and we were about the 4th table seated at the time. Our server took our orders, brought our drinks, then food, then disappeared. We were there for about an hour and in that time she didnโt check in once. Mind you we were eating hot wings and the 2 napkins we received were not sufficient in any way to wipe all the sauce from our hands. I had finished my drink after the first two wings. She never returned to refill that drink. I was to the point where I was literally walking to the bathroom to clean my hands because we had no napkins. The server then proceeded to take my cup from me while I was in the bathroom and brought our checks which I was going to order some dessert but was never even given the option. She disappeared for another 20 or so minutes and so we got up to pay at the lobby to which the host basically reprimanded us for trying to pay at the counter and he ran around yelling for our server. She comes back and looks at my friend and said it was his fault for not having his card ready to payโฆ she comes back slaps our cards/receipts on the table and just walked away. No thanks for coming in or anything. I was really confused by this experience and not sure why anyone would be in the food-service industry if they cannot handle basic tasks such as filling a cup or asking if someone at a table needs something. Not to mention while I was in the bathroom washing my hands there was a gentleman snorting substances up his nose. Just icing on the cake for this disaster of a...

ย ย ย Read moreCalled earlier in the day to see about making reservations for a large party. They don't take reservations. We had a party of 12. I advised them we would be arriving between 445-500. Our server was prompt getting our drink orders, appetizer orders, brining our drinks and coming back for our food orders. However, they kept adding tables to her, so our service started declining. We ordered shots when our appetizers came out. We didn't get any plates to share appetizers. When our food started coming out, less than 1/2 of our group got their food. Then our server started taking orders at other tables. 5+ minutes go by, a few more orders came out. 1 of them wasn't correct and had to be sent back. 10 minutes later, the incorrect order comes out - still not correct but he ate it. Still missing one order. 15 more minutes go by, finally we get the last order. Then we finally got our shots. They were not short staffed. There were several other staff standing around. You could see several people in the kitchen. The manager did come out and remove the order that came out late and the one that came out wrong. It was just poorly managed as far as getting the orders out, correct and in a timely fashion. We definitely were disappointed and Im glad we planned for extra time, we were there for...
