Horrible service! We come in here at least once every week. Tonights visit was extremely different. The employees were horrible, and rude. They demanded to see everyone's ID was i was the one making a purchase. No one has EVER ID'd my husband or friend simply because they were in the store with me not touching anything. Their excuse was "we're new." I know for a fact you DO NOT have to check every ID of every person that walks into the store. This used to be our favorite location, but we will never return to this one. We went to a different location, and only my ID was checked for purchase, as this location denied the sale, because my 29 year old friend didnt...

Already playing games.. Bought two vapes from this location. One of them has the oil seeping out. Went in thinking they would stand behind their product.. Nope, would not exchange it. Even sat there trying to tell me I didn't buy them from this store, when he was the one who sold em to me. I get it, there is "rules", but to blatantly say I didn't buy them from there is a joke. Go to the one down the road, more helpful and friendly. And...

This location always has the exact papers and vape pens that I'm looking for. Not once have I had to settle for my 2nd favorite. The place is always well stocked and there's almost always something new that catches my eye too. I go out of my way to hit up this location and Drina is usually there! She knows the store layout really well and has the best suggestions.
