I came in a couple of weeks ago. I had did an online order for old navy for about $150 and I used $50 from a gift card I won at work and the rest was cash. I didn’t receive my online order so old navy corporate issued me another gift card. I went to this location to see if they had the items I didn’t receive and they didn’t I ended up just getting my son about 3 things. When I tried to use the gift card in the front. The guy at the cash register was so rude and he said it didn’t work. I asked if he could try it again and he huffed and puffed and then stated that if he tries it again and it doesn’t work he’s not doing it again. I asked him to put it in manually and it worked. ONE… I felt discriminated against… granted I was looking a little a mess than I typically do as far as my physical appearance and idk if he thought I was broke cause I used the giftcard or what but that’s how I was treated. Next time I’ll be sure to go in looking better if I want better treatment I GUESS. But that was literally not okay. Mind you he works at old navy and I work in banking. Don’t judge a book by the cover. Idek if I will ever come back to this location. I was...
Read moreThis was the first time I was ever at an Old Navy, and boy did I pick the wrong day to go- so crowded with going back to school moms and kids!!! Anyway, my son made it through the store with my wheelchair, by the way they are not up to the disabilities act code of having wheelchair accessible entrance. I found a lovely employee to assist me in finding what I came for. I went to dressing room. Disabled one was occupied so I used regular one. I can stand and walk into dressing room. I did find one pair of jeans I was looking for. Then I returned jeans I couldn't wear and got in very long check out line which went pretty fast I must say. I also picked up two packs of socks while in check out line. All in all I'd say we were in there a half hour. Loved all the help from the female employee. She went above and beyond. She looked in the back for me. I really didn't get to look at the rest of the store my son and I both don't like big crowds. If I'm in there too long I'll have a panic attack. I got one pair of jeans and socks that's good enough. We'll have to go back after school starts and it's not crowded. So then we can see the whole...
Read moreIf you've never shopped at old navy, be aware that you are not getting top quality, buy-it-for-life clothes. You can get some great deals on stuff, some of it trendy and some staples like jeans and tshirts. You can scour the clearance racks for super deals. I got a sports bra for $1.47 tonight.
They have a bathroom which is big do it's stroller friendly, but it also smells like a pile of diapers. The store is also messy, which is like every other old navy I have ever been to, and that goes double for the clearance areas. I think it's to encourage people to rummage around.
I guess I used to enjoy the thrill of hunting for bargains more, but now I try to buy longer lasting and better...
