If I could give no stars I would. This hospital was fast but only because they didn’t do their job!!! I was told my son had a sprained ankle and to follow up with PCP in a week. THANK GOD I have a good momma sense…. I took him to our PCP and got a referral to an Orthopedic Dr. Who told us the ankle was BROKEN IN NOT 1 BUT 3 places! Also, after a review of the notes from THE RADIOLOGIST (AT THIS HOSPITAL) they stated there was a fracture and the Dr that discharged us NEVER TOLD US!! They sent my son home with an ace bandage when he needed a splint until we got into an orthopedic dr!!! ABSOLUTELY CARELESS!!!

It was terrible, my husband was in so much pain, and freezing, asked for blanket they never came in with blanket. X-Ray tech came in and pinched his arm with the side rails causing a large bruise and 2 rips in his skin, nobody offered any help until I said is anyone going to do anything about this, they said sure,, never asked what happened, I told them, then an RN came in to give discharge paperwork, I told her about it she just said sure, nobody !!!!! seemed concerned when I told the them that the X-Ray technician caused him harm! We’re both so very upset

I’ve been there twice and I cannot tell you how wonderful the staff there has been… from custodial to the doctors…the nurses especially were as nice as can be … we just moved here and the staff is as good as any other I’ve been to…really wouldn’t want to go anywhere else… loved them…!!!!

I drove all the way from El Reno to Yukon in order to receive stellar treatment. My local Emergency Room constantly changes hands - it was (and still is in most cases Parkview Hospital (owned by Parkview), Parkview Hospital (owned by the Mayor/City..long story of a stupid idea LOL), Parkview Hospital sold to Mercy Hospital and renamed but nothing changed, and then now sold to St Anthony's (which to my knowledge hasn't changed anything either LOL). Most residents STILL refer to the hospital and the ER as "DEATHVIEW", a play on the original name of Parkview, where you go to die pretty much. There have been several torrid stories of death by no other means than incompetence, and, in all reality, the hospital should be torn down and Emergency Services moved to Yukon -- where everyone goes ANYWAYS!! LOL!! Until the city and council get serious about growing our city of El Reno, it does not need and has never significantly benefitted from having an Emergency Room. Almost everyone I know has expressed the caveat that "If I get sick/get shot/have a stroke/etc, take me to Yukon ER, not to Deathview or whatever it's named now". I agree and applaud their sentiment. A rose by any other name...it's still Deathview, just with a new sign and a new name every couple of years. This is the short version why most people in the City of El Reno drive to Yukon Integris Emergency Room for service. One day, the hospital will get torn down and everything moved to Yukon like it should have been decades ago, or the city growth will be taken seriously and an ER will be needed. Right now, we can't even get the city council or the mayor to put a sidewalk down the main streets of El Reno to protect citizens and prevent pedestians getting run over by having to push their strollers down the street in the roadway. Too much money being spent on theaters and pools and pet projects of good ol' boy buddies instead of on essential and necessary city services and infrastructure. One day the old will die off and the new will take its place. It just takes a while for the stubborn and the crooked to die off.

In reference to my visit to the Yukon ER, I drove all the way from El Reno to avoid being killed by Deathview/Parkview/Mercy/St Anthony's/etc (all the same place with the same staff, just different names and different signs and different company logos. This is location specific and not indicative of all of these firms in all places - only the one in El Reno that continually changes names and brands but never has any difference in treatment "care" or staff.) I arrived at the Yukon Integris Emergency Room at about 0100. ER was empty for the most part. I was ushered in right away. I was placed in an ER room which was clean and well lit. I was "booked in" right away by a great nurse. The doctor actually came in right at the end of the initial info gathering - it was that QUICK! The doctor was named Doctor James Trina. He was outstandingly helpful and spoke with me like I was an equal. He helped me feel better and discussed my condition that brought me in that evening. He told me about several optional treatments in the future that I may be interested in. He got me the medicine I needed for my reason for visiting within about ten minutes. The doctor, the information, the entire experience was FANTASTIC.

I wish and can only dream of someday having the same facilities and good doctors in El Reno one day. Hopefully soon the crooked city fathers will die off or be voted out of office by more and more newcomers that notice we have poor roads, no sidewalks, and terrible or missing infrastructure and no interest to fix it by the city fathers (unless it helps THEM and THEIR businesses or BUDDIES). I cannot wait until they are replaced by people who care about this town and want to see it thrive and take its growth seriously. Thanks goes out to Yukon ER and Integris for demonstrating that a hospital doesn't have to be a death trap or a laughing stock. It can be a proud business that helps other people. If only El Ghetto could get...

When I arrived at the hospital the receptionist was amazing, she was kind and told me she thought the DLO sending me to the er was weird and I agreed. There was a nurse there that treated me like a burden when she saw me there because I was there that previous night and it felt like she didn't want to take care of me because I was just there there before. She even stated "well you look a lot better from past night why are you here?" It was extremely uncomfortable. They drew my blood and when they left they left the blood on a table and it sat there with a syringe until after I left 3 hours later, when I asked the nurse what was happening she told me she'd have my nurse come and answer the questions I had and he never showed back up until I was about to leave to take out my IV. I went up to the desk after about 2 hours to ask them again what was happening and what exactly was I waiting there for they said they wanted to do an ultrasound and I was glad I finally got an answer out of someone. My phone started to die and I asked if I could use a charger and they said they had one up at the nurses desk but I still needed to keep my ride updated and so I stood there for a minute they got upset when I got on the phone with my ride to tell her when I'd be discharged since she was also babysitting for me. They told me to go back to my room and wait there and to use the phone they have in there because according to the very rude woman behind the counter I was listening in on other patients personal business and I told her "ma'am I'm half deaf I can't hear anything even if I tried" she then said "no I think you should just go back to your room or leave" I said "well what about the ultrasound" and she said "if you want that and not to be made to leave you need to go back to your room I have no problem discharging you" it felt like she was discriminating against me because I'm very hard of hearing and she didn't want me talking on the phone at all. Where was I supposed to go without a charger? The nurse was letting me use hers at the nurses station the woman was so very rude almost to the point of yelling at me. I went to leave and that's when they came to give me the ultrasound so I stayed for that and then was told I needed to wait for discharge papers but then my male nurse came back and told me to just leave. Now I don't have the paperwork I need to check the ultrasound on my patients portal and see if there's anything I need to be concerned about with my baby. This visit was horrible. And how dare they discriminate against me because I'm half deaf. Because first I was "listening in on other patients" and then when I said I was over half deaf they said "oh well you're disrupting other patients by standing here so go back to your room or leave" I won't go back to this hospital, if that's how the staff treats their patients I'd rather not have my baby anywhere near or associated with...

Extremely disappointing and the staff honestly made me very upset by the lack of concern and care. My boyfriend sustained a serious head injury and we came in as his headache came back severe and he has confusion walking into walls. They seemed apathetic and the nurses were laughing and talking loud when he had severe pain and they were not taking the bright lights or loudness into account. He has multiple skull fractures and previous brain bleeds. They would not listen to either him or I, and would not give pain medicine and just tried to give him sleeping meds and simply said, it’s a normal episode he just has to sleep through it. They took a repeat cat scan and said everything looks fine and would not help despite him crying in extreme pain. We are visiting from out of state and did not expect this to happen, they said they did not accept his insurance and from this point will treat him as a self paying patient, from that point on they did not care and would not help anymore despite paying 215$ upfront to cover the visit costs to start. They discharged us despite him still writhing in pain and nothing was resolved that we came for. He still has confusion walking into walls and does not know what is going on, we ended up going to another hospital. They wrote a script for sleeping meds that when they discharged him I had to go back inside because they forgot to give us the script to pick up the medication. I have never been so struck by how unprofessional, apathetic and careless this staff was. Between the nurse, and the doctor Tyler Stephen’s. I called back as the medicine was not helping and was told this doctor was not on their staff when his name was right there on the discharge paperwork, the two phone operators I spoke to were incredible rude and careless, and said “honestly there’s not anything we can do if the meds are not working I’m not sure what to tell you but he’s dealing with a critical patient now, but when he’s available I’ll talk to him and call you back.” I never got a call back. This is by far the WORST hospital and staff I have ever experienced. I have no idea how this place has a 4.2 star rating. Incredibly rude, unprofessional, careless. They pushed a severely concussed and confused patient out the door who needs serious medical help and said it’s just an episode let him sleep it off, despite not being able to sleep due to the pain and no sleeping meds or pain meds were helping.

Update, he had an EEG and found out he has been having seizures back to back every few minutes this whole time causing all his issues. This hospital discharged him despite having all the symptoms. Thank god I took him somewhere else. I hope you all are ashamed who took “care” of him. Thank god to St Anthony’s who bothered to care and saved his life. Integris kept trying to push us out. They didn’t care and wanted to collect payment and...
