The cashier was super sweet , the shift lead working with her… completely rude to customers and her team member as well . It was obvious cashier was still learning the system , lead comes to her and asks her in a very rude tone “What are you doing ? How can it take this long to take care of 4 customers?! Atleast 5 customers walked out while the lady made the customers in line wait even longer because she wanted to take care of an online order first. It was 6:30 pm and the two workers moved exceptionally slow despite the long line, it took 20 minutes to make 4 simple sandwiches. They had no bread options and we took the last of what was left which was dry and stale, I have no idea what they told the customers after us since they told us they had nothing left and weren't making more.
