I have been a satisfied customer for 7 or 8 years. Today I was disappointed. I purchased a vape device that stopped working properly after a few days. So I wanted to exchange it. The young man at the counter said he couldn't do it without a receipt. Fair enough. After a couple days I was able to find it. So I went back to the store. Now a different guy tells me he needs the box it came in. Wow! Who keeps the box? I wish I was told that I needed the packaging as well in the beginning.
