This is a very nice Ross, even though it is one of the smaller ones I've been in. There is still a nice variety of items, and the size of the store makes it feel not so overwhelming. I have actually had more luck finding items to purchase in this store than I have in other larger Ross stores. The store is VERY clean, and the dressing rooms are always spotless. The customer service is nice. The items are always being replenished, and things are different week to week. The best thing about this Ross is how neat it is. Every item is placed perfectly on the shelf. I've been in some Ross stores in the larger cities and it looks like a war zone. Read moreI will not go back to this Ross. Although the merchandise is good, I have never been treated like a criminal at the dressing rooms as I have here. Guy stopped me, counted my clothes, then stopped me and counted them again twice when I came out, and they were bras at that. They need to put a female at the women's dressing room and have a courtesy and social class for all employees on how to handle theft safety with some class. I don't steal....never have, and I shouldn't be treated as if I am going to. There needs to be a balance there to keep the customers...
Read moreI certainly did not expect to leave a clothing store in a state of PTSD...never in my life have i had to experience men in a female change area..and 2..dressed and behaving like cops...rude to female customers...head games...no rules posted about how to use the change rooms..exceedlingly rude male staff...treat you like a criminal when you are trying to just buy a friggin sweater...i suffer from PTSD..no woman wants to have men in authority near her when she is stripping down naked in a public place...i will never ever shop in...
