If what you're looking for is a superficial, unhygienic, overpriced and inauthentic place for food, then I'd strongly recommend this place.
Our 3 person dining experience was poor to say the least. Their manager gave us a condescending look because of our sports attire, which is common in the area due to trekking/weather. The manager also mingled with customers very selectively based on clothing stereotype. In fact, even if one were to be dressed to the nines, it wouldn't come as a surprise that they would feel uncomfortable in the restaurant since there was no hint of air-conditioning. On to the cakes that we tried, which were the Opera and Tiramisu, they were so-so and poor. The 'tiramisu' cake was simply whipped cream on top of sponge cake, aka cheap stuff- nothing like tiramisu, no hint. The Opera cake was also just sponge with cream, but at least had a decent chocolate crust as its saving grace. Overall cleanliness was questionable too, with the place having visible dust and dirt all over the place.
To conclude, coupled with the poor experiences of other customers that complained about food authenticity and hygiene standards, I'd have to pass even if they were to pay me to walk in there again. The manager is doing a stupendous job, keep up the...

From the moment I arrived at Sapa Center Hotel & Restaurant, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, who made me feel right at home. The location is perfect—right in the center of Sapa, just a short walk to the main square, markets, and many attractions.
My room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, offering a beautiful view of the town and surrounding mountains. The bed was comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, and the daily housekeeping kept everything spotless.
The hotel’s restaurant was a pleasant surprise—delicious Vietnamese and Western dishes, fresh ingredients, and reasonable prices. Breakfast was generous, with plenty of options to start the day right.
What truly stood out was the staff’s kindness and helpfulness. They were always ready to give local tips, arrange tours, and even help with transportation. Their hospitality made our Sapa trip extra special.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sapa who wants comfort, convenience, and genuine local...
Read moreI visited here thrice during my SaPa trip. I tried Apple Cinnamon Tea here and turns out that it is the best beverage I have had in the country. Just the perfect amount of sweetness, quite a good quantity and at VND 45,000 it's a competitive price.
The bartender was kind enough to cut me the fruits which I had bought from outside and served them to me. The seating capacity is quite good and spacious.
I also tried pork rolls here, and they were delicious. The food items are comparatively higher priced, but this may well be because of its locality and the fine-dine tag, so not really surprising. The dessert section didn't look diverse, so its expansion could be considered in near future. I kinda regret missing the hot pot here, but perhaps the next time.
Overall, the restaurant has a good interior, some good paintings, and good shades and backgrounds. And not to forget the friendly staff. Truly enjoyed my...
