I shall not repeat the high cleanliness and great location which were already mentioned in many reviews. Instead, I would like to highlight the excellent services provided by staff Kate and San, who went out of their way to assist us and provided extraordinary services with strong essence of human touch.
We spent 2D1N at the hotel and on our second day we continued to explore Sapa before boarding our night bus. Despite already checked out, they provided towels and toothbrush kits upon request and we were allowed to wash up in their shared toilets. I must say this is a value added service for guests who are taking night buses and do not have any place to wash up after checking out in the noon. They even offered us to rest in their massage areas while waiting for our night bus. 👍👍👍
They were really patient with my odd queries such as requesting for scissors, food recommendation, price check for attractions, and always greeted us with a smile with no slightest frustrations.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for good services and hotel. Extraordinary services with essence of human...
Read morestrategic location. this is the central location crowd in Sa Pa. If you book a room with a balcony, your view is the sun plaza.Right and left of the hotel is a restaurant. Find halal food places, delicious food all affordable in a short time (just by walk) from this hotel. It's just that if you are Muslim, I suggest not to book a room with a balcony, because you can inhale the smoke from the roast pork from the restaurant next door when you open your room window. This hotel has reception staff who can speak English well, but as for the massage staff they don't speak English. but don't worry, they are very friendly, polite staff Because this is the center of Sapa city, the sound of the horn is normal, but around 11 pm, the sound of the horn will disappear. In my experience, at night the atmosphere is calm and I can...
Read moreArrived in Sa Pa at around 6am, and the hotel personnel graciously allowed us to use one of the spa rooms to freshen up and change into clean clothes as we spent the night travelling in a sleeper bus. We left the hotel, had breakfast and at around 11am, they called us up to let us know that we can already check in- since our room was ready ;-) great service indeed! Ms. Chantelle at the reception is a gem! Helped us book our Fansipan tickets, as well as our transpo to the bus station when it was time for us to go back to Hanoi. After a long day travelling and walking around Sa Pa, it was great to come back to this hotel- plus they have spa services. Highly recommended...
