The hotel's location is excellent, close to the tourist attractions. We (2 person) stayed in room 419 (no good view from balcony or windows), which had a King-size bed, perfect for comfort. Both housekeeping and the front desk were very helpful. The hairdryer (not the one in the bathroom) was powerful enough for quick drying. Room amenities were adequate for a standard hotel. Breakfast, served from 6:30am to 9:00am, was okay; nothing particularly stood out except for the decent coffee. Additionally, the hotel features a fantastic spa, Sapa Green Massage on level 2, which will be reviewed separately.
However, there were a few issues. The balcony door in our room couldn’t close properly, allowing cooking smells from neighboring buildings to enter. Noise from outside, including barking dogs and car honking, was noticeable but understandable, given the city location. The wifi was disappointingly slow, and there was no hair conditioner in the bathroom, so bringing your own is recommended. Additionally, the shower drainage was clogged. Also, there was only one pillow per person; if you prefer more, it’s best to request additional pillows.
Overall, it was a decent experience for a short stay. However, for longer stays, especially if you are sensitive to noise or require faster wifi, it may not be the...
Read moreWe recently stayed at this lovely hotel during our trip to Sapa, and it was truly a comforting and convenient experience from start to finish.
The location is perfect — It’s within walking distance to a variety of restaurants, including Vietnamese, Japanese, and Indian options, which was perfect for us as food lovers looking to explore different cuisines.
From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The breakfast served each morning was fresh, satisfying, and offered a good range of choices to start the day right.
What truly stood out, though, was their hospitality during a medical situation we faced during our stay. The staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and looked after, which meant so much to us in a moment of stress.
If you’re looking for a centrally located, friendly, and reliable place to stay in Sapa, we highly recommend this hotel. The service, comfort, and care made our trip even...
Read moreIf you look at the photo’s of this hotel, the last one was from 2018. Currently this hotel is very different. The A/C in the room appears to have mould build up. Everything in our room felt a bit damp. It took 6 hours for the room to cool once the a/c was turned on. In addition, the fridge in the room did not work without the key in the slot.||Breakfast was very disappointing. There was one counter of local dishes. No western items except for bread and jam. The only fruit was bananas that had been cut into pieces with fruit flies all over them. ||Honestly I would not book this hotel. There are so many other options in Sapa. My husband and I only stayed one night before transferring to another hotel. We regret staying at this hotel. We both ended up with sinus issues from that one night breathing in...
