We chose this brunch over the two other leading hotels because they offered an "oyster station" as well as a complete seafood station. Being a pescatorian it seemed like the right choice. Their times are 12:30-4 pm. We had a reservation for 2 pm. The setting is beautiful indeed. What is not acceptable is that they stop refilling the stations. There were no oysters or caviar left. I told the hostess and she replied "people snap those really quickly so next time come at 12:30 if you want to get some". Incredible, you would think we were going for the reduced price version of leftovers. It was not even 4 pm and the staff was taking away the service, making quite the noise. We overheard the table next to us also complaining about the "leftovers" they got. At the end we mentioned it to the person in charge who could only say "should have told us earlier"... which in fact I did to the hostess. Not the standard we expected of such a "grand hotel". What a disappointment. Next time we will choose the hotels with an international brand backing them, which means...
Read moreMy wife wanted to come here for a Sunday brunch.
I actually have mixed feelings about brunch, because i like breakfast and i like lunch, and for me those mixed in one meal is kinda weird.
NOTE: You will need reservations. Please email them or call. The website says they're always full but they have room for everyone.
NOTE 2: Dress code is required.

That being said, my wife enjoyed very much the experience, and I did too.
There's sparkling wine, coffee, tea, wine, the works.
Brunch starts at 12:30pm.
They have absolutely everything you need, from champagne, caviar, sweets, ice cream, crepes, seriously, everything.
Come hungry and eat slow because you will want to make your money's worth here.
Waiters are very kind and attentive to details and want you to be comfortable and you can ask for anything and they'll try to make it for you.
I would definitely come back here in the future. And if you want a romantic meal on a sunday afternoon, i would recommend coming...
Read moreThis place was the best afternoon tea place in Buenos Aires when we googled it. But unfortunately it wasn’t good at all. First of all, a server didn’t give us tea menu or explain what they had. And then another young server came and just spoke what she wanted to talk and didn’t listen to me even though I asked for a decaffeinated coffee or tea. She didn’t understand “DECAF” and just repeated what she said. I couldn't understand how the staff at such a big and nice hotel couldn't communicate with costumers. The sandwiches were dry and not tasty at all. The other pastries were also not good and very poor quality. The cake cart came at the end but it was almost empty so we didn’t have many choices. And we didn’t have the last treat, chocolate also. We could see why others also left most of desserts before finishing. But the place was...
