Rong Cheng "Sister Fang's Private Kitchen" — Restaurant in Autonomous City of Buenos Aires

Very disappointed with the service. We order dishes basis the pictures on the menu, then they arrived and it was enough food for 8 people, and we were only 2. We even asked, and the boss said that enough food. As the first dishes arrived, we realised and asked if we could reduce the order. The boss lady refused and said that if they are being made they can't be reduce. The food arrived 20 minutes after this, so it was clear the food wasn't being made that the time of the request. Additionally as we were in a rush we asked for the check early, yet had to ask another 8 times before they gave us a piece of paper with a number on it. Like other reviews no warning was just that it was cash only, we asked to pay using wechat and a ridiculously exchange rate was given. The boss lady is extremely rude and unhelpful. We found this restaurant on the arrival day in Buenos Aires. Overall, the food tastes good. However, the frontend desk service is horrible. It went okay from the lady, maybe the business owner, till we complained the clams were not clean and there was a lot of sands in them. The lady didn’t even come by and apologized even we asked her to come taking a look. Her attitude afterward is very cold and doesn’t say even one word when giving the bill. Horrible service and mediocre food!

The lady boss stood at her counter and gave us the QR code when we asked for menu. Had to walk up to get it. Then, when the bill came, it was just one total. When asked for the breakdown, she said it was on the menu and I should know the figures!! How rude!!! Then, the biggest shocker! She said she only takes cash!!! When we pointed out that the poster on her counter states clearly that she is obligated to take credit cards , she said she won’t and we should walk to money changer and get her cash! That’s against the law !!
