Olivia Coffee Shop - Food & Drinks — Restaurant in El Calafate

I feel bad leaving bad reviews BUT…. This is how it goes… I ordered onion soup along with other food and drinks, overall everything was good but while I was having soup, I found there were pieces of clear plastic. I politely asked the lady, she didn’t think it was a big deal, no apology the. Took the soup away. A minute later she brought it out the soup again. I stirred the soup and there were pieces of bread pieces I put in before she took it away and those were still inside of my soup. I asked nothing has changed and she said she “checked” and there was no more plastics. The soup alone was good but I kinda put off by it then my partner had the “new” soup and found another piece of plastic…. How do you “check” the creamy opaque soup??? She then took it away, no apology— I guess she was annoyed and told us that she took it out of the bill. That’s it? Hmm?

Rest of our food and drinks were really good. I would avoid getting soup...

The worse experience I had in my 5 year travel,walked in to order the girl behind the counter was chewing food as she told me I can sit down to order,meanwhile I'm sitting as all the takeouts get served and other tables finally a waitress comes up to take my order.I wait for my coffee but no luck as everyone else get theirs i ask the girl behind the counter why can't she get me my cappuccino I told her I ordered as another person came to the counter she told me ok but went in the kitchen and my cappuccino is not coming waited 5 more minutes then left didn't wait for my toast or coffee as I was totally ignored never happened to me ever or i never ever walked out like i did this time amazed how bad this place was as I travel around the world a lot and expect slower service in Argentina but this was...
