Eight18n — Restaurant in Yerevan

Highly unrecommended and incredibly impolite and unprofessional. We were waiting for the two simplest dishes in the hope to receive them quickly for 30 minutes and never received them. The waiter repeatedly told us that it will take 5 more minutes and finally 10 more minutes. Apparently , our order was simply forgotten even though we have reminded about it several times. There was no manager available to sort this situation out.

The water didn't speak neither English nor Russian properly and couldn't understand about our requests about a spoon and a straw, kept confusing things.

This is unacceptable. If the personnel doesn't speak any of the guest's languages -- just say it clearly that you cannot serve us, it would have been ok. If you forgot/confused our order -- say that honestly and clearly straight away without any deceiving and...

This place saved our evening! When our takeaway didn’t arrive, we were looking for a quick meal to take home. We saw this bar served pizza so ducked in - they were so friendly and welcoming. We ordered a couple of pizzas to takeaway, the man was so apologetic about not having proper pizza boxes but we were just happy to not have to go to the supermarket! We had tasty margarita cocktails from the bar and everyone was very kind, letting a man charge his phone while we waited. Sometimes all your good mood can be ruined by simple fact. And that what happened with me in Eight18n bar. Our waiter accepted our order and brought us beverages. But then we waited for more than 40 minutes, and waiter came several times and told that it's 5 more minutes. And eventually after 40 minutes they came and said that they forgot our order and now it will take 10 more minutes. That was terrible! After all that we had neither time nor mood of great evening.
