Ground Zero holds a special place in my heart, primarily for what I believe is the best cherry pie in Yerevan. Seriously, it's a must-try. The overall atmosphere is also quite pleasant, making it a good spot to relax. And the coffee itself? Delicious.

However, there are a couple of significant drawbacks that often mar the experience. My main gripe with the coffee is the design of their cups. They are simply not comfortable for drinking; nearly every time, after taking a sip, I find myself having to wipe the rim because it inevitably leaks from that spot.

But the biggest issue by far is the consistently horrible service. My usual order is quite specific: a HOT V60 coffee with separate COLD alternative milk, and a cherry pie, HEATED and with ICE CREAM. You'd think after numerous visits over a year, they'd get it right, but it's a constant struggle. I've received cold V60 with ice and separated cold milk, hot V60 with heated milk, V60 already mixed with milk, cold cherry pie with no ice cream, or heated cherry pie with no ice cream, just to name a few of the many incorrect orders. It's truly baffling how often something goes wrong. In a full year of frequenting Ground Zero, there has been only one single instance where I actually received my order exactly as requested: a hot V60 with separate cold almond milk and a heated cherry pie...

A Strong Recommendation!

I highly recommend Ground Zero Specialty Coffee! Besides their outstanding service, delicious food, and specialty coffee, this place offers a wealth of additional value.

In a world where connections matter, Ground Zero has become a part of Armenia's business landscape. It's not just a regular café; it's a place for dreamers, creators, and those who embrace change. Here, casual talks can turn into big partnerships, and simple ideas can become successful projects.

With every sip of their amazing coffee, every chat, and every interaction, Ground Zero changes what a café means. It becomes a center of new ideas and a source of change. So, if you want more than just great coffee and good food - if you're looking for an inspiring atmosphere - Ground Zero is where you'll...

Ground Zero is an absolute gem! This specialty coffee spot has truly set the bar high with its exceptional food, perfect atmosphere and, of course, amazing coffee ☕️

Not only they serve delicious coffee, but the atmosphere is buzzing with positive energy, making it the perfect place to meet new people and forge meaningful connections. You won't find this kind of vibe and ambiance anywhere else in Armenia!📍

It is the first venture cafe in Yerevan providing an environment where productivity and enjoyment collide in the most extraordinary way! 🚀☕️👩‍💻 Kudos to the founders and the most...

Ground 0 is truly a gem in the world of coffee shops. It offers a decent espresso which I've come to appreciate. But what truly sets this place apart is the warmth of the staff who always greet you with genuine smiles and the amazing community of patrons that frequent the establishment. It feels less like a coffee shop and more like a gathering of friends. Every visit here is not just about the coffee, but about the experience and the connections you make. A must-visit for anyone who appreciates great coffee and even better company.

Excellent place that strikes the right balance between a workspace and traditional coffeeshop. The terrace looks and feels European, providing a sense of community for those who are not digital nomads. They provide a way to order remotely to avoid the queues and make the order experience better. Finally, there are some salads and wraps to go, making it a bit of a Pret-a-manger of Yerevan, but with good coffee. The dirty matcha and ice latte were balanced while the blubbery cheesecake provided the sweetness. Will surely be back.
