Dear Varpet team, First of all, thank you for creating such a beautiful and inspiring space, it's a wonderful place to meet, create, and relax. The staff are genuinely kind and welcoming, which I really appreciate.

That said, I’d like to gently share a small concern about a recent experience. I ordered a rosemary basil mocktail, and while I understand you didn’t have the ingredients that day, I wasn’t informed, instead, I was served a simple lemon drink, which wasn’t really what I wanted. I was also told it might include raspberry, but it didn’t.

I totally understand things can get busy and ingredients run out, but a quick heads-up would’ve helped me choose something else. Especially since the drink still cost 2750 AMD, while nearby places offer more elaborate mocktails for half the price.
